I own a production company, and am in the process of making a feature film. I have a motivational poster that I made from a piece of pony fan art that I found.

 

 

I want to include it in a shot, but I want to contact the original artist to ask for the rights. Anybody know who drew this?

How did I figure this out? Simple, I was searching for the perfect Sonic Rainboom picture to make this:

 

And I remember seeing the image that you used for that inspirational poster many times on my search, all of this brought me back to the DeviantArt page containing that image.
