Actually I think we should just do Battle Class everyday and skip the rest of the day for a little while. It's only been two days and the RP is incredibly long

True...there shouldn't be a battle everytime we do Battle class though as Battles themselves can go either way in being incredibly short or long, plus you got some who are not scooting their characters as battle gijinkas. Here's what I contemplated on.

 

• I suggest probably 3 days of battling out of 5 days in a school week while the other 2 be lecture days. There will be a short lunch period after each class to get characters time to interact with each other for a bit outside of that class time, then you have the weekend period where it's free form.

 

• Then there will be special events at the end of the week that can substitute the weekend periods.

 

• As for the lengths of battle class day I'd say a good 2 days in real time would suffice because we all have lives outside of role playing.

 

• If a battle day or weekend period gets way too long then I will have to declare we Force end the day (within rp context of course) and move on.

 

• If Lhee is unable to roleplay with Darius to start the class, then we do what real schools do, call in the assistant instructor first like Ampharos's Varrick and if both Lhee and Ampharos are unable to issue the battle class then Jonathan will immediately be the replacement teacher, that or if anybody else's faculty member volunteers I'd be more than happy to entrust you with that position in the mean time.

 

• Battle Day periods will consist of the Class itself then the concluding lunch period and once that is done we will move on to the next day.

 

• The weekend periods are pretty casual and laid-back. There are a variety of things you can do like continue a little mini arc you have going on that left off from the previous weekend or just go about and goof off around in the school and do nothing. But as I said earlier there could be little events such as The Dance or a Beach Trip that you can participate in.

 

• Weekend periods will be a whopping 2-6 day limit. maybe taking up a good week IRL. once that week is over we'll have to wrap it up.

 

 

These might not be the best guidelines in the world nor they might not even seem fun, but it's the best I can think up of right now in order to advance any sort of plot or interaction inside the roleplay. I don't want to spend 3 weeks on the first 2 days of school anymore and people can agree with me on this. So if you have any suggestions or inputs you'd like to share then I'd be more than happy if you did...within reason of course. Sorry if this limit thing seems daunting and unfun but I'm trying! OTL

 

And if everybody doesn't agree on this at all, then we'll totally discard it and think of something else, I still want to keep this rp fun, laid back, and still engaging. Thanks for bearing with me!

Can't say I see much wrong with this plan. It looks like it'll work fairly well and stuff, considering the only times we'll be interacting are all the times you said. I say we try it out at least.

Yeah let's have a Weekend period test run with this upcoming In-roleplay weekend. People can do what they want on a school weekend for a good IRL 2-6 days, so that'll be our time limit. 

 

Let's have a time limit to wrap things up and move on to Saturday( in-roleplay ) by tonight IRL before anybody goes to bed. Then I'll start the day.

Those sound great to me, Sleepless.  As far as starting class goes, I should be able to RP Darius without issue.  I have classes during the day but I try to log in at least once in the evenings each day.  The days that are iffiest with me are weekends because NONE OF MY FRIENDS KNOW HOW TO PLAN IN ADVANCE!  XD

Also I'm a super short guy...like 5' 0"/156cm so most of my party is severely taller than me.
