I actually LOVE the music video for Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden. Not sure if you are just reacting because you're weirded out or because you don't get it, but it's actually quite clever. Idk though, I've always found off-putting music videos to be intriguing.

 

I love Eminem to death, but his music video for Bezerk makes me cringe a little bit.

Fireflies by Owl City, I never really understood the song it has a music video that just has you scratching your head. The song is something I never understood either.

The song is about an Insomniac who cannot sleep. He is sad, because he is an insomniac and cannot sleep, and he is beginning to suffer from various sleep-deprivation symptoms.
