There have been many games made into movies, but my question is what games would you want to see made into a movie. Now, I know people are iffy about this subject because movies based on games don't always turn out well. In fact, they sometimes turn out horrible, but let's give it the benefit of the doubt here. So, what games do you think would make great movies or at least good movies?

GTA always seemed like it'd make a good movie.

 

Not like, a game into a movie, but a movie based on the series.

 

Oh, and a movie for the Ace Attorney series in English; the other one is only in Japanese

Castlevania. It'd be the next greatest movie of all time. But making a movie based on the "Lee Section" of the walking dead would also be one bomb-ass movie!

None really, games are best as interactive experiences and I tend to ignore most TV/Movie offshoots of them.

Then again, there are some game designers like Kojima who could probably make a pretty cool movie, or like David Cage who would probably be better off just making movies.

I don't get this choice, doesn't this movie already exist? I believe it was called "Metal Gear Solid 4".

 

As for what movie I'd like to see... hmmm... Lost magic, Dissidia, any single entry in the Legend of Zelda series, Marvel versus Capcom, can't think of anything else at the moment, but I'm sure something will come to mind.

Anyone who has played this game will know why it earns this rank.

But knowing how Hollywood usually screws it up, I guess a tiny indie film would be great too.

I have multiple. Star Fox would be a GREAT movie. Like, it can be animated and have cool graphics and the way its set in space and on other planets...it would be similar to Star wars or star trek....maybe. I dunno, I always pictured Star Fox in a movie.

 

Spyro the dragon would be a GREAT one too. Infact, there WAS suppose to be a Spyro the Dragon movie...set off from the Legend of spyro series, but got cancelled because they decided to make another game. I mean, the original Spyro though. Animated and cute and badass all at once.

 

Then we have Kingdom hearts...which I think would be AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, im surprised Disney hadnt tried anything like that. 

 

Last, I think Sly Cooper would be great as well, It could be in the same cartoon style they used for the story line and cutscenes.
