I'll call out a hit on Snips and Snails. For a show that's somewhat lackluster in the male character department, with Spike getting crapped on by the writers, Big Mac getting a hoof in his face every time he tries to open his mouth, and Shining Armor too busy being put away in a separate location, Snips and Snails do not serve this show well.

Not even Silver Spoon, she's not as mean as her bitch-friend. There is no other character I hate. In fact, I LIKE most other characters, in some way. Even Applejack, she has SOME redeeming qualities. Flash Sentry, I don't dislike you that much either. Just for something like being shipped with my favorite character in the show (Twilight Sparkle)?
