If it's for food, than they have every right to. In terms of endangered species, I see it as greedy, not "inconsiderate to the environment" and all of that shit. If you do it for fun, you're kind of a really big asshole.

I don't really get upset, but at the same time, I don't like the idea behind it.

Of course, when I'm saying that I don't like the idea behind it, I mean that I couldn't eat meat while looking at pictures of the animals the meat came from.
