Well, if they care about ye, which they should, it's all gonna go nice and dandy. But, if yer too nervous to go upfront and tell em, then try to "adopt" habit of using pony stuff casually and infront of yer family. If they ask ye about, casually reply that yer a brony. Two things can happen here: They're fine with it, say "cool" or "oh" or something, and all will be fine. If they decide to make it into a conversation, keep yer cool and answer their questions. If they laugh or something, don't worry, they respect yer bronydom but need to get a good laugh out of the way. Then, all will be fine. Well, that's how it went with me, in anycase.

 

Aaand thats my advice. Hope all goes well
