Not with regular computers, maybe with quantum computers. I say this because mainstream computers only think in binary, whereas the human brain does more than yes/no calculations.

Maybe I would do it to create equestria and a new world called Troneon where humans and ponies live along side each other.

Do you think that the brain likely operates in a compact binery layout? Basically it's when there the brain functions in like 0-30 but only two signal strengths come from a particular part of the brain so the visual cortex outputs only 23 and 24 and those signals are translated into other signal formats so they get read by other sections of the brain.
