Well, you could have someone else take control of the roleplay. You shouldn't have to feel too obligated when the story is being crafted and move by others at this moment. Up to you, if you want to.

Of course not you just need to fully make the character some physical characteristics, back story, and personality also cutie mark. You need approval from Original Suri before you start. You need to know fallout equestria or fallout at least a tiny bit. You can read the lore at the beginning of this page or the actual rp page, Glad you decided to sign up.

I was wondering if I could pull a MGS 2 not long after Hazmat catches the pony his is after and the get into a gun fight

 

(pulling a MGS 2: The Character (In this case Hazmat) is presumed dead but turns out later to be alive and going by a different name)
