I'm here to sign up with two OC's

Blue Optyx and DeadEdge

I would prefer if there was a SPECIAL and traits for both, though since all of us are at Lvl 5 or so, I don't want anything too overpowered until the appropriate level is met. Also, as a reminder, it's 2208 in Fallout time; before the events of Fallout Equestria.

So this is Dead Edge's weapons:

Assault Rifle (DMG 13, DPS 76, fire rate 5.8, range medium-high)

.44 Magnum (DMG 36, DPS 67.5, fire rate 1.9, range medium)

Brass Knuckles (DMG 18, DPS 37, unarmed)

This is Optix:

Sword (DMG 32, DPS 46, melee)

Grace (DMG 22, DPS 77, fire rate 3.5, range medium)

Sniper Rifle (DMG 45, DPS 87, fire rate 1.9, range high)

I don't think Zyon's Sword would work, however, since, you know, Zyon doesn't exist yet, assuming Fallout Equestria: Broken Steel is considered canon. And while most people don't get the sniper rifle until after LVL 11 (I think most people are using the hunting rifle), I'll just let this one pass.

And I don't really mind anymore, since someone made a Murky look-alike slaver in their flashback.

So were all caught up time wise? Right?

Well, it's around 5 in the morning for Baryon and Anaphora. Not sure about everyone else, since I might be ahead.

Rapture's just at whatever time is furthest along

since all of us are at Lvl 5 or so,

Oh, actually, I have a question pertaining to this. I have Rapture's skills set out as if he were 'level 1'. Should I leave them that way, or am I permitted to allocate four level's worth of points to his skills? I will assume the former, but I will still ask for clarification.

Since your Intelligence is 6, that's 13 points per level unless you increased your Intelligence with Intense Training (reusable for ten times) at Level 2. If you got Educated at Level 4, then when you level up to Level 5, assuming your Intelligence is still 6, will be 15 points.

If your Intelligence was 7 from Intense Training, then you will receive 13 points at Level 3, 14 points at Level 4, and so on. Educated will simply add two additional skill points to use while leveling up.

That is helpful, but I think you misinterpreted my question. That being, even though I literally just started posting on the main thread itself, am I permitted to allocate perks and skill points equivalent to the amount you'd receive going from level 1 to level 5, to Rapture's character?

Yeah, you can do that, along with two perks. Like I formerly said, Educated and Intense Training will affect how many points you get in total.

I think 00Pony makes our 3rd sniper. This is going to be really interesting later. XD

Well, Strength, Perception, Intelligence, and Agility all factor into sniping. Strength for the weapon requirement, Perception for detecting enemies, Intelligence for mathematical calculations, and Agility for the Guns skill. If either one is too low, there might be something missing from the sniper that would possibly hurt them later on.

Alright, so I allocated to the best of my ability, but I can't help but feel like I might have fouled up after level four once Educated was obtained (because I followed what you said after checking what other perks were available), and that being I allocated 17 points, rather than 14 for level five.

Believe it or not, I have played both Fallout 3 and New Vegas time and time again, but I am really terrible at math sometimes :| I just understand how F3 works a bit better than NV.

I think you get more skills points in Fallout 3, though Bethesda modified the system after it realized how everyone in Fallout 3 could get 100 on all skills. In New Vegas, that's not possible anymore, since it is no longer possible to gain enough permanent SPECIAL points to max out all SPECIAL abilities, and the number of skills points you could get was limited to 10 to 17.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, on the other hand, uses the same engine and system as Fallout, only skill points now determine your level.

@Guardian Braveheart @TheLineTrotter

We should catch up with the rest. Knight has to wake Vincent and after that we can continue. For RP purposes we should go to Regia, so Neuro is going to find a reason to go there. Of course we could take an alternate route to get you guys am inbetween payment :3

How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Three percent of the population likes classical music, if only we could get it up to four percent we'd be back in business and all our problems would be over." How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Everybody loves classical music! They just haven't found out about it yet!" It's an entirely different world. It's what you make of it that counts.

I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it!

Alright. I posted. I WAS going to have Vincent fly off, but he'll probrably stay on to find out where Neuro is heading. Since Regia is the same direction as where he heard Anaphora was heading, he`ll probrably stay on until... until.

OMG, Vincent is in first place on the poll! Omigoshomigoshomigoshomigosh!

Yay! The Vincent love is just a'flowin! May I ask why?

@@Scribblegroove,

Honestly? ana and vince are equal to me, but I just felt like being charitable to you. Anaphora had been on the top long enough...

but foremost... I like the idea that I HAVE THE POWER! (my vote decides :3 hehehe)

Haha, well, so did mine :P If i`d changed my vote from Anaphora to Vincent, i'd have been in the lead. Would've felt like a dick, though.
