You already introduced a Victor this early in the role play? (Victor: slang for unbeatable antagonist Mary/Gary sue)

Why :c that is so demotivating

No, he's not unbeatable. I'm simply saying that Dragoon Mallet is a reference to an actual Mary Sue OC in some other roleplay.

Also has dead parents, roamed the wasteland in his teenage years, and somehow manages to kill the Legion and control New Pegasus. And he was originally a courier turned Lvl 50 "hero".

So I made a replication of him. He's not going to appear very much... for now. There's only going to be implications of his wrongdoings.

So wait, is that the Ponified Legion of New Vegas or is it the one they talked about in Fallout 1&2. And I'm completly fine with someone that isn't going to make things impossible, but just make hard. Because Hard is Fun! Anyways, I changed the little Legion thing on the Post as you said.  ;)

Yeah, it's the FoE version of New Vegas. Ironically, barely any pegasi live in New Pegasus. It's one of the few places that surprisingly doesn't have a cloud cover and was mostly not hit by multiple megaspells, thanks to the efforts of the founder of Robronco Industries,  though the lack of a competent government and anarchy caused New Pegasus to go into a full blown riot. The Robronco founder does not reawaken until 2138, two months before the founding of the Northern Union far up north.

For the most part, New Pegasus is settled mostly by raiders and tribals. In the heart of the New Pegasus is a light, however, shining brightly in the Ponave Desert. While it appears to be barren, it holds most notably the Lucky Chance tower. A few buildings and even a casino is being built on that spot, enforced by Securitrons.

There is little activity related to the Enclave in the area. Due to its convenient location, the New Equestrian Republic noticed the place, though they have not taken any actions to send scouts there, busy with rebuilding their own nation. Conversely, the Northern Union had never known about the place until after their alliance with the New Equestrian Republic, though they have also chosen to ignore the city due to being too far from their borders. Only a small amount of Steel Rangers were stationed in New Pegasus during the war; therefore, there is little Steel Ranger activity.

EDIT:

I find it really funny that Dragoon Mallet's counterpart can remove bullets from his body and do self-operation, and suture himself up without any problems. On the lung.

Ah, Ok 'Cause it was kinda weird having the entire legion slaughtered by the Courier. Maybe just killed the Legion in the 'Mojave' area around Las Pegasus?

Like I said, the Legion doesn't exist yet because it's the wrong time era. The Courier doesn't exist either, but Dragoon Mallet is referenced off the red unicorn courier.

I was just wondering... At what level did we start this RP? I assumed we started at lvl 1, but your character seems to be lvl 4, and some others even higher (I think) Can you clarify this?

We're all leveling up at the same time, save for some inactive OCs, so we're all at Lvl 4, or for ones a bit behind, Lvl 3. We're basing it off on points, as shown in the original post...though it's corrupted, apparently.

EDIT: The moderators fixed it, so it's back up.

@,

Wait, so, Vincent is LVL 4 than? So, since I have 6 intellect... I have 52 skill points to spread out, and 4 perks?

Yeah. If you picked the Educated perk at Lvl 4, after Lvl 4 you will gain 2 additional points to use (i.e. 15 skill points in total).

The Logic-co Processor implant (+1 Intelligence, 4000 caps) and Intense Training (+1 to any SPECIAL, Lvl 2), which can be used ten times as a perk, can affect how much skill points you receive.

By the way, if your OC has a Intelligence lower than 4 if you interact with a pony...funny stuff will happen, and the Intelligence implant will be discounted.

Is it just me or is the RP itself getting a little slow lately?

No, it's just that some of us live in different time zones, so we can't always reply back within the hour.

It's going to be a cliffhanger, and it would involve the neighboring town of Cobbler.
