How often does Rainbow Dash bathe?

Scootalove is right, you can't impress when you smell terrible. As for her mane being wild, I get the feeling it's styled that way. She seems like the type who would intentionally give her hair that "windswept, wild, tomboyish" look. Just because it's not neat doesn't necessarily mean it's dirty.

My hair sometimes does it's own thing, but that does not mean I don't bathe every day. I've never seen anything in the show to indicate Rainbow Dash was slovenly with her personal hygiene.

I imagine she does bathe regularly but the disheveled nature of her mane and tail is because she doesn't comb it or it gets messed up in wind.

It could just be me, but I was under the impression that she doesn't like baths, canonically.
Even if this is true, considering she works with harnessing the weather, I can imagine it to be quite common for her to dash(hue) throw a couple of rainclouds, giving herself a nice wash off.
Perhaps even whipping up a breeze to quickly dry off.

Actually, there are multiple instances in the show where we see ponies taking a bath or coming out if the shower.
