That's the thing, You didn't ask what my character would do, You asked what I would do. I'm a pragmatist, You were a threat, thus the most efficient and lowest-risk strategy is the best. However, in character it would be different. Hell, in character I'd probably try to reason with you and only resort to disarming you if there was no other option available.

Well I was referring to my OC Hikari attacking your OC Lily. It's not like a Nano-Disassembler exists in the real world and you won't be RPing as yourself instead of your OC, so why did you tell me what you would do instead of what Lily would do?

Sorry for the misunderstanding, we've been driving for the last 4 or so hours, so I'm not thinking 100% straight at the moment. As for the question, that's a much dicier proposition. Lily would probably do her best to avoid Hikari's strikes and, If that fails to be sufficient (which it likely would), then focus on incapacitating her without causing permanent harm.

It would be lovely if you could arm Lily with another weapon, possibly a handgun. I know that melee and magic is out of the question, but what exactly is Lily? An esper or a gun/firearm user? Is she just really good at tech or is it an esper power?

She's an esper. As for a weapon, I'm thinking something like a sonic pistol would fit best with the character.

1. Where exactly is Lightlyn on a map
2. Lightlyn has a Lightlyn City at the foot of the mountains? Yay or Neigh?
3. What country are we currently in.
4. Are we ever going to get a world map?

Of course you can! I'm glad we're all back together again, Dawnpath. :)

 

Even though it is possible that Akira might show up a few times throughout the entire RP, she won't be the main protagonist, so the part about her being with Sakurai won't apply to this RP.

She has a phone, but only because her parents are worried about what could happen if they stopped paying for it. And I'll join after I get a good feel for what's already been done.

Hello all, my name is turndown4whut and I was wondering if I could join this here RP? It seems really neat and I'm really interested in RPing with you all!

Could you promise that you'll post constantly and check the forums at least once every day? I'd also like to see a paragraph worth around a hundred words about fighting any one of the OCs, preferably Hikari, with the basic understanding of the rules for combat roleplaying.

Depends on what you mean by constantly. I'll definitely be posting as much as I can which will be at bare minimum 4-5 times a day. I'll keep the forum tab open on my browser all day as well, to stay informed. I have played a good amount of other role playing games, (albeit in another format, D&D and Pathfinder specifically), and I understand how combat works, no godmodding, et cetera. Thanks for giving me a chance, I'll be working on my character and combat test today.
