Apple Bloom breaking all the rules!

Everyone's names magically connect with their cuty mark. Apple jack? Granny smith? Diamond tiara? Rainbow dash? Everypony ever? And apple bloom is there like "I can't be part of the apple business, not my talent." YOUR NAME IS APPLE BLOOM YOU'RE BREAKING EVERY RULE EVER! Are there any other ponies that a giant rule breakers, cuz its time to put the smack down on these ponies!

I'm of the other opinion. I'd actually like to see them achieve getting their cutie marks. I would not want to see it until within half a season from the end of the series, however.

I don't really want any of the Crusaders to get their Cutie Marks, it would not feel right. Its a part of the series, if you'd take that away, it would feel wrong.

Not all ponies have cutie marks that relate to their names. I mean, Rainbow Dash's cutie mark isn't a Rainbow Dash...or is it?

 

However, it wouldn't be hard to make an Apple Bloom, I imagine some sort of flower? (derp)

 

But you know, that's just a theory...

If they do it should be in the very end of the show. If not last episode then second to last. Because as far as I see it they really have no reason to be friends besides their crusading. It's how they met and what keeps them together.  

 

Scootaloo: "OH WOW WE FINALLY GOT OUR CUTIE MARKS!"

Apple Bloom: "AWESOME! What do we do now though?"

I thought I heard awhile back that it had been confirmed that they would get their cutie marks in season 4 but that might've been just a rumor. And now I really hope my saying this doesn't jinx it to where it actually happens...>.>

In real life they say that everyone has a talent. And that everyone is good at something and isn't bad at just absolutely everything. But that's actually not true. And I'm living proof of that fact...I suck at EVERYTHING...So it would actually make sense if there was at least one pony in the show who was the oldest living blank flank never getting a cutie mark. If I was a pony in the show that one would definitely be me lol. But here's even better example, What about people who are born with literally next to no IQ points and have to be bedridden all the time cuz they're vegetables? They obviously would not have any kind of special talent. Just throwing this out here. Hope none of it comes off as offensive.

Well, my little pony could have been sued for using apple jacks as her cuty mark so that comes into play. And when they were first trying to ind their cuty marks, apple bloom tried helping her sister with apples, and couldn't handle it. So she probably won't have a cuty mark with apples, though a flower apple for her cuty mark wouldn't be too hard, but they probably won't do that. Cuz Apple Bloom breaks the cuty mark rules.

I took it she was more exploring, just like Apple Bloom, not that she necessarily wanted something different.

 

And yes, there's no rule saying Ponies' names must match their cutie mark or vice versa.

Yeah, I'm going with no on this idea. For one thing, it is said, a pony has to find out what they are good at. Kinda lose's the meaning when you have someone else find it for you. Second, if that was their talent why hasn't one of the figured that out? 3 ponies working together and none of them have gotten a cutie mark. So I just don't think that's their talent.

 

As for me I don't really think the name is your talent. There are other ponies who have cutie marks that don't match up with their name.

Well, Derpy Hooves has bubbles for a cutie mark. Or does that not count because there's nothing related to her name that it could be. There is also Pinkie Pie who has balloons.

Applebloom's special talent would be helping other ponies find their special talents, so her cutie mark will be an extreme close-up of her own blank flank.

Applebloom's cutie mark is being a spy. When she snuck into sapphire shores' building, she and all the other cmc got invisible cutie marks representing spies.

 

It may not be relevant but it's worth noting

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it save equistria with its five candy coloured friends and shoot rainbows at bad guys using their necklaces and tiara unless you're celestia

I'm actually kind of hoping that the CMC getting their cutie marks is near the end, or part of the end of the show. Why? Because it could allow Hasbro to move on to a Gen 5 in which the CMC (and Babs) are on board as the mane cast.

I'm not sure if AJ spoke directly of what she wanted her Cutie Mark to be, but she did want a different life from the farm one she was living. Once she discovered how much she missed her home, she realized that she belonged there and it was her destiny. BOOM! Cutie Mark! ^^

That gives me an idea... you know the common animation error of inner thigh cutie marks peeking in certain frames? Perhaps that's .14 of a balloon... which added to the 3 on her flank makes Pi balloons :lol:
