I just need some requirements so that i know what i'm working with

 

Size: I need to know the size of your desktop, so that the image'll fit! (Example 1600 x 1200)

Text: Any text you wanna put down? Like your username and a quote? Or a song lyric that you just love?

Colour: I need to have some color to work with! Just tell me what kind of background colour you want and i'll happily find it!

images: Need something pretty to look at? Like your best pony? Or favorite Anime Character? Or you OC?

Misc: Anything i missed? Tell me here!

Is it possible for you to create a 640x480? (It's for an Android Phone.)
