I don't think Stark would win that fight.

 

Considering one is just a guy who's pretty much dressed up like a pokemon and can fly a little bit, and the other is a sneaky-ass fish who broke out of basically what amounts to underwater Alcatraz by sabotaging another group's escape plans, yeah I'm pretty sure the fish would win the fight.

 

Then again, his worst nightmare is him being trapped in a fishbowl.

My mistake. It can be handwaved via fact that Weedles have natural stingers anyway. As for TMs, well then, we can see Apisves and Kage fail

Oh! Ok! Sorry about that! We'll just say Kage has that TM collection for when he bothers to actually catch some pokemon then! Lol

Over the course of the RP, would we be able to try and learn a move (like Kage trying and still failing for a long time to learn Shadow Ball) and maybe even after a while being able to use them?

Methinks Kage and Apisves will fail spectacularly!

You know I hope you guys appreciate me finding that picture. It wasn't easy...okay, finding a female Charizard was easy, finding one that was SFW was the hard part. Both sexes had plenty of R34 to go around
