I don't like any of the newer social media. I'd rather stick with good old YouTube and Twitter.

 

Hollister: That store annoys me so much. The clothes are fine, but I can't even talk to anyone in there because of the overly loud music. It's also way too dark. I thought I got a black shirt in there, I walked out and found out it was blue.

 

Candy: I'm not saying I hate all candy.. but most types of candy are way too sweet and sugary for my likings. I'm more of a chocolate person.

Most social media sites - there really is no point and it probably gives the NSA info on you, which is a red flag for me as I like to be incognito.

 

Meat, dairy, eggs and other 'foodstuffs' taken from enslaved beings - Well, first off they aren't very healthy, meat increases the chance of heart disease and dairy drains calcium from bones. I find the idea of eating the flesh of genocide victims very disturbing, especially when you consider what said non-humans have to go through every f**king day, some of them are killed before they can even live a year. It really isn't even the only reason that the human species is so f**ked up(obviously there are individuals who are exceptions, but I'm referring to the species in general), but its one of the major reasons.

 

Leather and clothing made from non-human beings - Same reasons as the above mostly apply.

 

America - Let's get something clear, there is not a single human nation that I like, but I do at least tolerate them, and America or 'Murica as blinkered nationalists like to call it, is one of the countries that I have the least respect for, its basically a first world Iran. Hell, I consider England, a freaking police state, to be more preferable than America, that's saying something.

 

The Harlem Shake - Its not funny, its annoying, always has been.

 

Human children - No, I would not hurt a child, but that does not mean that I have to like them, Like my views on humans in general, this mostly comes from experience, but I have rarely ever met a child that didn't try irritate me to no end. Besides, humans are kind of a virus as it is, not really a good idea to bring more into the world.

At the end of the day, friendship is about individual relationships. Concerns that face whole communities fall outside of the scope of the show's message. This is the myopia of the magic of friendship. It's all about the circle of friends in question and anyone outside it is pretty much a potential enemy.

Ugh... I've seen this question asked so many times that it's getting quite repetitive. Once towards me, thrice towards others, all because they're not interested in ponies anymore.

 

These assumptions are made on the basis that people only stay here for ponies. But I seem to recall that there is actually a subforum labelled General Discussion, of where it actually has more topics than any individual MLP-related subforum. That's one thing. People could stay because... they like the debates, or the discussions, or things completely unrelated to ponies. MLPForums might be MLP-themed but it doesn't mean everything on there is MLP-themed.

 

The community, also. People are not—should not—be defined by their interests, which means that any old person—whether anti-brony or whatever—can come here, make friends even, and then stay here for the friends. I've made a topic a long time ago asking if the members of MLPForums stay for the community or the ponies. The majority've said both, but much of it was that they joined for the ponies and stayed for the community. You should notice that very few have voted ponies.

 

Also, people can join this site if they want to. And absolutely nobody has the right to kick them off except the staff. As long as they don't break the rules, they are welcome here. Liking ponies is not a requirement. 

 

I myself—and this is an unpopular opinion too—don't care for MLP now, which to me is a subpar franchise compared to most media I've seen. But I stay here because it's a time-waster when I'm bored and I enjoy peeking at topics and reading the responses. I keep out of trouble—which means that I have a right to stay here, despite the fact that I have no love for My Little Pony. Wouldn't you agree?

Homosapians - as a species, I hate them, or should I say us? We are possibly the most hypocritical, unnatural and straight out genocidal beings to exist, sure this species has done some good, but that cannot make up for the many more crimes we have committed.

 

Especially to other species, who are much more respectable and maybe even wiser, and for what?! So we could consume their flesh and wear their skin(speaking of which, guess where your tax money is going? Hint: Its not education.) after sending them to concentration camps, so we could make them humiliate themselves for our entertainment, so we could castrate them and make them believe they were to be our companions before tossing them aside like a wet rag and act like they have no cognitive ability, no soul while we place ourselves on a pedestal, think we are gods when we couldn't be farther from that.

 

Is nothing sacred to us?

 

We can't even treat our great mother correctly, constantly raping her and burning her, instead we worship numbers printed on the bark of dead trees, and objects that have no value at all.  And what do we do to people who question our war crimes? Cast them out, Lock them up, execute them, burn them at the stake.

 

Even as a human myself, I can say I've fucking had it with this species, we've had centuries to learn and change, but we keep blowing it every time because we can't even comprehend humility, let alone compassion. Oh and what if somebody shows love or compassion to the other, higher species, maybe taking said species as a mate. We can't have that, we detain them, lock them up, kill them and then brutally kill the non-human being that they tried to help and perhaps spend their life alongside, while desperately claiming that we were protecting them when this species apparently doesn't even know the definition of protection.

 

We are even ignorant of ourselves, we think we are separate from Nature, when we our just another of her children, and probably the lowest and worst because of our actions, we are even stupid enough to think that we are carnivorous or omnivorous creatures when our anatomy is obviously herbivorous, we don't even know what its like to be alive. I honestly wish the Earth would make us her bitch and end us for what we have done. 

 

Don't think I'm some delusional, hypocritical PETA, ASPCA or USHS member. Those groups just exist to make you think everything is alright.

 

Homosapians, heh....let's not kid ourselves, a more appropriate name would be Homo Destructus, in my personal opinion and probably the opinions of many other species as well, I haven't much of a doubt.

 

I just had to get this off my chest and even then I am aware that my words will probably fall on deaf or ignorant ears, so maybe I'll have to continue to bear this burden.
