This took me a lot of thought, but I came to Applejack. Pinkie Pie, Adiago, Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity all come really close though.

 

Oh, and the obvious choice for the male section is Spike. Amirite or amirite?

I'm a girl...but if I had to choose........Lyra!  Lyra is best Eg! I don't find animated charecters "sexy" but I must choose Lyra because she needs my vote! 

I didn't choose Rainbow Dash because 1, I'm a girl, and 2, I just don't like seeing her as a human too much.  I like her pony form much more.
