Yeah, the game itself was fine and all, but people were acting as if it was gonna be some hallmark masterpiece

The greatest masterpeice in a game was Skyrim and Metal Gear Solid 5

Now we just need to see if Fallout 4 would do the same.

The pacing feels weird(mainly due to them having to skip a lot of things in the OVA) not to mention there are plenty of key moments they either rush or skip entirely

I think so too. I honestly don't remember much of the stronger episodes of S2 honestly, though I think that's mostly to do with the lack of a rewatch. I still remember this, Lesson Zero and Read it and Weep pretty fondly though

The Return of Harmony is excellent and A Canterlot Wedding is also quite good, but Hurricane Fluttershy is the most powerful and moving episode of the season.

The only other Fluttershy episodes that I feel come close afterwards are "A Health of Information" and "Discordant Harmony".

That said, from what I've heard, it apparently reviewed decently in Japan, Famitsu gave it a 33/40 and a lot of Amazon JP user scores were apparently positive

I never really know what to expect going into the episodes. I tend to just almost always enjoy them.

Same here, since you never know what might happen. Like in the premiere, I did not expect to see Celestia and Luna get their Crystal Pony forms after missing out on it three seasons ago. That was just beautiful to see them be rewarded for their efforts in protecting the Crystal Empire and restoring the Crystal Heart with getting Crystal Pony forms of their own, albeit temporary.

With tomorrow's episode, I can't wait to see what happens!

I loved Revelations 1&2 and RE7 looks great so far. Have more hopes for it than RE6

I haven't looked into RE7 much yet besides reading up about it.

@Ghostie, nothing wrong with calling something out if you have issues with it or feel that it could have been handled better, but it is annoying when tons of fans loses their shit over any and every mistake or start shouting "OUT OF CHARACTER" whenever they do something they don't like(which is also really annoying)

Yeahh, I see what you mean. Expecting perfection is too much, and honestly, I think if the characters *were* perfect the show itself would be boring to watch xP

I am willing to let mistakes slide if they provide development or aren't really harmful to others. If it's like Rarity in Sonic Rainboom where they played her up as a villain for the benefit of RD, for example, I won't let that slide. If it's like RD in Mare Do Well, I will let that slide because it provided...

...RD with development and growth xP Stuff like that.

While I can see why, this finale did add one thing that can impact the show negatively if it is poorly executed.

I haven't watched it yet, but I agree that having Starlight reformed was a bad thing. Why not have a couple more ACTUAL villains for once? .-.

A long term villain would do well for this series if done correctly

lol I only really cared for the American campaign in that game, but I loved the Polish Tank squadron!

Also imo, one thing CoD 3 had over the rest was the soundtrack, it and especially the main theme was godly

MW2 and MW3 were masterpieces imo. BO1 and BO2 had great campaigns but horrible multiplayer. Ghosts was terrible all around.

I enjoyed MW2 and MW3's campaigns, and at least they closed out the whole trilogy nicely, but I didn't think either of them achieved the same level of all around masterfulness that MW had. Their multiplayer increasingly embraced the "run-and-gun" dreck that has come to define COD mp, while you could actually have some strategy in MW mp depending on the map, even though it was still fast-paced.
