@@Fivefs Swordpoint swung his lance. "You cannot face me with your bare hooves? Shameful." He dove toward Knightfall, charging a spell as he did. As he drew closer, he released it, sending a bolt of lightning toward Knightfall. He extended his lance as he dove, preparing to drive it through Knightfall's hide.

@ Swordpoint heard the sound of hoofsteps and opened his eyes. He saw the other pony from the lobby running toward the hypnotized ref. What is he doing...? The pony punched the ref in the face and hastily retreated. I see. Well, this is no longer about the tournament. Even if they disqualify him, he'll just destroy them. But that was a noble gesture, Standoff, and I will not forget it.

I'm looking for someone to draw my OC, Swordpoint. The pony in my avatar is him. You can find a better description here. I'd like him without the red suit, preferably standing proud while holding his lance. The lance has a light brown shaft which matches his coat, and the guard is bright gold with Celestia's sybol on it. The blade is razor sharp and about medium length. Oh, and he can't be smiling. It's not in his character at all. A look of determination would be perfect. If you're up for it, I'd appreciate it. I've been trying to get someone to draw him for ages, now.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint realized what the dragon was doing, but the realization came too late. He became transfixed by the strange orb, feeling all of his thoughts and desires wash away. Stop! a voice in his head called. You must not look! Turn your head! Close your eyes! The voice grew fainter and fainter, however. Swordpoint dropped his lance, and it fell toward the ground. Before it hit the ring, it stopped, floating in mid-air. It began to glow and float back toward Swordpoint. "This flame..." Swordpoint said dreamily. "It is more beautiful than anything..." "More beautiful than a rainbow?" a familiar voice called. At once, Swordpoint's thoughts returned. He quickly turned away from the swirling flame. His lance floated in front of him. "C-Celestia?" he asked, confused. It is not possible... How could she be speaking to me? "It is well that I gave you the armor and lance. It seems that they have already saved your life." Swordpoint reached his hoof out to the lance. "How are we speaking? Is this the work of your magic, my Princess?" The voice echoed again. "Yes. It is an enchantment I placed upon the lance when you told me about the tournament. But there is little time, and you must heed my words." Swordpoint nodded. "Yes, Princess." "The villain you face is no longer Rune Breaker. He is an ancient dragon by the name of Knightfall. He has completely overtaken Rune's body, although Rune is still trapped inside." Swordpoint closed his eyes and felt a pang of fear. "...Can I save him?" "...I'm sorry," she replied, the sadness in her voice standing out. "But I do know this. You are stronger than Rune Breaker, both physically and mentally. I am sure that Knightfall means to take your body for his own. You must not give him the chance." Swordpoint's stomach squirmed at the thought of the evil dragon occupying his body. "I will not, Princess. Thank you." An image of Celestia flooded into his mind. She stood tall, bearing a kind smile. "Good luck, Swordpoint." The glow of his lance dissipated, and he hastily grabbed it before it could fall to the ground. I suppose that I can only await his return, now... And if I am left with no other choice... I will destroy myself before I allow him to take me. His resolve strengthened, Swordpoint closed his eyes and waited for Knightfall's return.

@@Sairoch Present and accounted for. I don't like to think of myself as nerdy... okay, that's a lie. I'm a nerd. Big time. Computer stuff is so interesting to me, considering everything that you can do with a computer. I especially love web coding, and I do server administration and maintenance for another website (all volunteer work ). I honestly don't hate being nerdy. I still know how to party, so it's all good.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint felt himself being pulled through space as he disappeared. Acting quickly, he fed his own magic into the fire and managed to reappear several feet away. His lance was stuck in Rune's now scaly hide, and electricity surged through him. The dragon simply grinned, however, seemingly unaffected. The wound in Swordpoint's side filled him with pain. "Unholy abomination... You are so sure of yourself. You think that his screams will stop me? No, I am doing him a great favor." In truth, Rune's screams were haunting. Every one reverberated through Swordpoint's mind, filling him with pain and remorse. Okay... What do I know about him? So far, he can breathe fire... and use a teleportation flame. He can't seem to feel pain, and his hide is thick and scaly. He continued to size up his opponent. His horn... The dragon cannot use magic. And now that his little teleportation rune is out of the way, he will have a difficult time getting me back inside the circle. Swordpoint's eyes glowed gold, and his lance disappeared from Rune's hide and reappeared in his hoof. The tip was covered with blood. Perhaps if I keep distance between us... I can defeat him with magic.

@@Fivefs Aha... he cannot use Rune's magic... Then I have the upper hand. But I mustn't get cocky. "Whatever is the matter, dragon lord?" Swordpoint mocked. "Can a weakling such as you not stand up to my might?" Swordpoint dove quickly and shoved his lance toward the dragon possessing Rune Breaker. (Can you say Knightfall's name so I can stop referring to him with stupid shit like that? I can't just have Swordpoint call him Knightfall because no one's said that name yet.)

@@Fivefs Swordpoint turned away from Rune... or his body. "No, Rune. I will not run. Thought I am not proud of my time in Ponynesia... It has certainly prepared me for a moment such as this." His wings lit up and surrounded him with a barrier that seemed to be alive with strange sparks. "Come at me, then, wyrm," he taunted.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint grew cold. That means... I'll only be hurting Rune... He glanced at the monster standing before him. "No. You are not Rune. I know that Rune can hear me, however... And I know that he can pull back from this! Fight him, Rune!" Swordpoint watched as Rune writhed in agony. He kept begging for the dragon to stop. Swordpoint clenched his jaw. "Fine. If we must fight, then at least we will fight with honor. Draw your weapon, foul wyrm." Swordpoint held his lance above his head.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint backpedaled immediately. "I see... then it is too late..." He's in there somewhere. If I can just reach him... He swung his lance with his right hoof and noticed that it was fairly effortless. He glanced down at the rune on his hoof. "Well... this is an interesting development. Your little 'prank' is giving me strength." He began to channel the energy it was generating through himself. He could feel it replenishing his strength. "Ha. I should have known. Rune magic is uncontrolled. It is true magic harnessed directly from Equestria. I can gather strength from such energy. All of the pegasi in Ponynesia's royal guardians are taught this ability." He smirked. "I'm afraid you must face me without your fancy runes." Swordpoint watched as the rune on his hoof faded from a bright purple to a light grey... and then to nothing. "Yes. This is a much fairer fight." He swung his lance, energy regenerated. "I am sorry, Rune. I wished to help you. But unless you can break through... I must kill this demon who possesses your body."

@@Fivefs Swordpoint fell to the ground immediately. The gravity was crushing him. He fought to move but it was no use. The magic blade struck him and he felt his side explode with pain. A spray of red flew across his vision as it blurred, but he fought to stay conscious. "H-haha," he chuckled. "You think... that I am... not used... to pain?" Each word was forced. "I... am a warrior... and I... will not... die!" Swordpoint's smile faded when he saw Rune kneeling outside the circle. He was vomiting blood and shouting. No, not Rune... the other one. No... he's taking over... coming through! Rune Breaker, you fool! You've overexerted yourself and given him an opening! Swordpoint watched as Rune continued to fight with his demon. I must do something... I cannot let that monster destroy our world... If Rune cannot repress him... I will kill him. I can do that much for him. Swordpoint felt a powerful force driving him. It was as though his very being understood the urgency of the situation. He closed his eyes tightly and focused as hard as he could. Miraculously, a small golden glow began to surround him again. The force of the circle constantly pressed on him. The spell flickered several times, and Swordpoint felt his stomach clench. At last, he felt the energy welling up inside of him. He released the spell with all of his might, and disappeared. With a loud crack, he materialized ten feet in the air near Rune Breaker. He quickly spread his wings to hover, and he felt more pain in his chest. Even after absorbing the armor, the effort required to escape the field had drained him again. Gah... This can't go on much longer... Drops of blood fell from a slash in Swordpoint's side, made by the spell Rune had cast. "Rune! Fight him!" Swordpoint shouted. "You see now, that even under the most unfavorable conditions, determination will lead you to prevail! Even if you don't have my physical ability, your magic is terribly skilled! If I could escape from that circle, then you can push him back! RUNE! PUSH! HIM! BACK! If he takes over... I will kill you! I grant you this as a mercy, and not a punishment... brother."

@@Fivefs Swordpoint felt his shield wavering. "Well played, Rune, but I have an unplayed card as well." I pray that your magic is strong enough to counter this, Celestia. Rune magic is a terrible and dangerous art... And I fear even your power cannot rival it. Swordpoint closed his eyes and his armor began to glow a bright gold. The glow engulfed Swordpoint until he could no longer be seen. When it dissipated, his armor was gone. I feel it! Energy running through me again! But now... did it remove the spell...? He glanced at his hoof to find that it still glowed faintly. Damn... I suppose that I must avoid getting near him if I can escape this circle. "Yes, it's a little gift from my princess, Celestia. My armor was specially made by the princess herself. It was made purely from magical energy." His shield flickered again before smashing into tiny pieces. Swordpoint fell to his knees immediately from the force of the gravity. He wondered if he had made a mistake by absorbing his armor. He knew that he would not be able to summon it again, and that Celestia would have to make him another set... if he survived. He struggled against the mighty force of the runes, his lance still in his hoof. Amazingly, he managed to stand. His whole body shook, however. If it weren't for his history in combat, he likely would have already collapsed. He forced his wings outward and began to gather energy for another spell.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint felt the circle increase in power. The gravity began to pull him downward. Dammit! I haven't gathered enough energy! But I must do something! Maybe I can manage a shield spell... He stared at the ground, when he noticed that his right hoof was giving off a faint glow. "What's this?" He lifted it up in front of his face to discover that it glowed just like the runes on the ground. Swordpoint smirked. "I see, now. You've been pulling me along." Yes, there must be a way to reverse the spell. But I don't know anything about runes or their innerworkings... And if I feed it magic, I may well blow myself up. Swordpoint thought for a moment before choosing his next move. He extended his wings and cast a shield spell, encasing him in a golden bubble. The pull of the gravity disappeared at once, but he still felt a small pain in his chest. I did not fully replenish my magic... Well, I can still cast a few more before the strain overwhelms me. I should thank Rune for saturating the ring with magic.

@@Fivefs Swordpoint reappeared in the center of the circle. He could feel it weighing him down, although it was no longer a crushing force. "Ha. Clever, Rune Breaker! I can still fight, though!" He tried to push off from the ground, but his wings were unable to lift him off the ground. "Grr... Well played. But as long as I can move, I'll keep fighting." Damn... if I teleport myself outside the circle, it'll be too much stress on my body. Unless... Swordpoint glanced all around himself. Magic... the runes are magic! Yes, if I can just absorb some of their power... I should be able to restore my abilities. Swordpoint forced his wings outward and began to gather some of the thick magical energy in the air.

I'm not in it for the hype. I enjoy songs with a good beat, and beat is a major part of dubstep. To put things into perspective, I'm a complete and total rock/metal fan. I love rock from its inception up through today, and can't resist banging my head to a damn good song. Certain rap songs can interest me if the lyrics aren't shit. But it's rather off-putting when the songs are about "getting bitches." But anyways, I like more than just dubstep. Dubstep is one musical form that I enjoy (and I won't lie, I really got into it when I was a raver doing ecstasy and going to parties, although I still appreciate it now, after the fact. DON'T DO ECSTASY, KIDS. I HAD A FRIEND DIE FROM IT). Some of my first rave parties had music from Skrillex, and they were quite memorable. But really, the only talentless hacks in the music industry are those people who have music so terrible that not even a single person can honestly say they enjoy it. If even one person enjoys the work of an individual, that individual has talent. Just because you don't like someone's music is no excuse to call them a talentless hack.

This is what I gathered from your post. 1. "I dislike his music and therefore he has no talent." 2. "How dare you call him a dubstep artist? He is a brostep artist, which is a form of dubstep, but I still refuse to acknowledge that it's still dubstep because I don't like him and would prefer to keep his name away from dubstep." By the way, that video you linked is more of chillstep. And it's a pretty terrible example, by the way. So thank you for parading your opinions around as fact. We really appreciate it. Is there anything else you'd like to teach us? Maybe what actually qualifies as a comedy show on TV? Or perhaps you can tell us what actually makes or breaks a good fiction story? Oh, and thanks for proving my point.

lol my favorite are the people who join a game of TDM, whine about "Aw, they stuck me on a shit team!" and then go 5 - 16. (Talking about CoD trolls) See, these are my favorite. And yes, I'm just going to share a CoD experience, considering I play all the time. I like to counter-troll these people. Some of them don't quite get it, but I've had some pretty successful ones. I like to tell people that I work for a company called "Trollarch" who's privately contracted by the CoD makers (yes, I just say this and people believe it sometimes) to catch boosters, cheaters, and people who generally act like dicks. Now, anyone who's a fan of Minnesota Burns is already cracking up. For those of you who aren't, you should check his YouTube channel out. You'd be surprised at the dumb shit you can make people do and say when they think they're in a heap of trouble.

So I'm seriously tired of people always comparing everything to Skrillex and generally shitting on him. 1. Sonny Moore is a talented individual. It's quite possible that his previous fame of From First to Last helped him break through into mainstream with his Skrillex act, but I still believe in giving credit where it is due. 2. You can't compare every damn dubstep track ever to Skrillex. This really annoys the hell out of me. I feel like every time I find a good dubstep song on YouTube, the top comment involves someone hating on Skrillex. Seriously? Judge the music by its own right, not by "how it compares to Skrillex." 3. If you don't like Skrillex, that's okay, but is it really necessary to start this massive anti-Skrillex campaign? I honestly feel like that's what's happening right now. Now, I like Skrillex, but his music was what introduced me to dubstep, and I have ever since explored further into the different styles. While I still enjoy his music, I have other preferences as well. I just wanted to vent a little about this. I'm not saying he's the greatest musician ever, just saying that the hating is getting old, and it's becoming the "cool" thing to do nowadays. How about y'all? Do you actually listen to Skrillex?
