    A Babylon 5 reboot will be a travesty, I pray it never happens, at least not in my lifetime. Sherlock Holmes, at least he brought him back rather than rebooting him.

    I didn't watch the live action series and it's a long time since I saw the movie but as I recall the story was pretty similar but it just abruptly ended. There's a lot more story in the cartoon. People hated the movie for a lot of reasons. Katara and Sokka were terribly cast, I think Aang was okay and don't remember much about the other characters. And after great animation CGI looks really unimpressive. Other things I've forgotten, I'm sure. You should watch The Last Airbender and Korra before Seven Havens comes out.

    I still say bad reboots ruin the legacy of the original. That's why superhero comics have no impact to me. Superman dies? So what? He'll be rebooted within a year. Then if you want to talk about that kind of thing with people you have to establish which version you're talking about.

    I'm reading a weird Philip K. Dick book. There's not any other kind.

    I think I like nachos even more than popcorn. But my favorite thing is drinks from the freestyle machine. I like to mix all kinds of fruit flavors into the coke. But I'm poor. And cheap. So I usually just sneak in some candy and a drink(caprisun juice pouches fit well in your socks. ).

    I say rock. I'm far more familiar with it, but I've heard some great country too and there seems to be a lot of crossover. I'm not good with understanding music but I think country is a type of music to a point but more the feeling and content of the songs?

    It's really hard to decide! Can't I just be the avatar? If not I guess water? But I'd probably change my mind. I think I remember you hadn't seen the show. Have you watched it yet?

    Is it really a continuation? G5 is clearly a continuation of G4 and it tried to pull in G1 as a cartoon in the show but I'd say G4 is a reboot of the older stuff. The first couple of episodes take a lot from Escape From Midnight Caste.

    Seems like a long time away. I'll probably get some other stuff read and start on this a few days before the 15th.

    This guy is right about sci-fi tv and tv in general. Tv shows(not technically "tv" at all) that are just dumped onto streaming a season at a time have no impact on the culture. Do you really think FIM would have had the impact it did if we didn't watch it every week and have time to think about it and talk about it?

    No, I have a hard time falling asleep during my normal awake time, even when I'm really tired.

    I bought a ticket today, the jackpot is $365 million(You get maybe a third of that in the end.). That's about the minimum I bother playing for, I'm not gonna win so I might as well not win big. It's a waste of money I know, but I figure I'm not doing anything else that important with the two dollars anyway.
