  1. @@AspenSwift, It seemed a little soft and the music was really loud, but those should be easy fixes. You have a really nice voice! It was good So would you be in to sing this parody?
  2. Ahhh. I have an essay due (my final homework for the school year) on Monday, and I only have an intro. I have some examples to use from my primary source, but none of my ideas are organized. It looks like I'll be dedicating my whole day to that tomorrow. This probably isn't my worst procrastination bout, but it's pretty bad. Here's your question: What was your worst case of procrastination?
  3. @@AspenSwift, Yes, I should probably be going to bed, too (It's 1:30 in the morning!) @, Haha, I saw your status XD I think, if you want, you can submit a sample along with Aspen. It will be sort of like a contest. I will choose which one I think sounds the best (No one be offended, it's for the better of the quality!). So, yes, feel free to submit something demonstrating your singing abilities (Preferably of the original song). (Wow, I seem to be using parentheses a lot)
  4. @@AspenSwift, Wow, what a convenient time for me to check the forum post. You just posted XD Anyway, do you know the original song? That's basically what you would be singing, so you could submit some sort of sample of that (the original song). NOTE: Some of the lyrics are wrong, but it doesn't really matter ;p
  5. Hey everypony, As the topic title says, I am looking for a singer to sing a parody I made of "Shut Up and Dance." You need to have a nice microphone and be a nice singer, but I'm open to hear all things. If you are interested, send me a sample of you singing the original song. Thanks!
  6. Just thinking about death and then space itself, an infinite place of nothingness with a floating sphere in it that has this thing called life, blows my mind. It makes us question the reality of things, if reality can even be considered an understandable thing. But maybe some questions are left unanswered until each person's time has come, and maybe it is that way for the better. And until then, we must make the most of what we have and know, striving to be better.
  7. Your explanation of this concept could not be any better. I completely understand what you are saying, and it hurts my mind just thinking about the strange thing that is time and how it really works and affects us. That's the type of inspiring and optimistic stuff that I like to hear <3 Stuff like that honestly makes my day a little brighter (Well, except that it is night right now ).
  8. Ah, this is such an interesting topic to discuss. I started something similar to this the other week about something small you did that has impacted your life. It's a bit different, but the same concept. It's so weird to think about the small things that could lead to such a massive chain of events... For me, I hope to change the world by helping to make games that people really enjoy (Maybe even some "Average Joe" software). I also hope to keep making some amateur MLP music to please the fandom. These things come with a type of fame that, like anyone, I would most definitely enjoy, but more importantly, I just love the feeling of entertaining people and knowing that I have impacted their lives in some way, such as how you were discussing. The feeling of making someone else happy through my work is probably one of the best feelings ever. I know how it feels to get impacted emotionally by a simple game or song, and I want others to get that feeling. Currently, I don't think that I have made much of an impact on the world. It's a bit sad to think about, but my future looks bright, and I hope to accomplish my goals and dreams no matter the hardships that I must face. @, How would you like to change the world?
  9. That's interesting to think about. I think the writers could implement Spike into the whole cutie map thing, and I think that it would be well-done if they do. He does have a chair personally for himself in the castle, so maybe a dragon mark could appear on it on the day when he is needed somewhere, and that could show up on the map? Just some thoughts for food. I really like spike and want to see him paired up with someone on a cutie map adventure, such as how Pinkie and Rainbow Dash were. I enjoyed that episode
  10. Stalin was only 5'4'' tall (~1.63 m).
  11. Jet felt can't melt steal beams I can't believe I wasn't the first one to say that. It just goes to show.... THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE.
  12. Too lazy to go to sleep?

    1. A Black Circle
    2. Scrubbed user

      Scrubbed user

Laziness on a level I have yet to achieve.

  13. UPDATE: I bought them XD except I decided to buy a rainbow dash/rarity pack from the same supplier so that the packages would come together.
  14. Here are some starter decks for the MLP CCG. I can get both for one price of around $15. That amount of money for me isn't really a problem at the moment, and I have had a past of collecting and enjoying things such as pokemon cards. What are your opinions on me buying it? http://media.popcultcha.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/m/l/mlp_-_collectable_card_game_twilight_and_applejack_theme_deck.png http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51yKzEeEg9L._SX300_.jpg
  15. June 12th. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! I guess that's what we get when we have one of the worst winters in a while, but there is nothing like a nice snow day in the middle of the year
  16. I have a bit of social anxiety (although I can force myself to overcome it MOST of the time). I also recently found out that I most likely have Celiac Disease, which means that I cannot eat gluten... It really sucks because I love wheat foods XD I will probably have to go and get my intestines looked at just to confirm it, but my blood test came back positive for the type of antibodies that are created when someone with Celiac Disease consumes gluten. From my research, I think I found that the blood test has a 92~95% accuracy so... It's pretty likely.
  17. I'm torn between a few. - Flying: It would feel so great to be free of the restraints of our species with our "legs." Being able to just go anywhere by myself without any hassle would be great. - Mind-Reading: I'm not sure about this one. It would be cool because I am typically socially awkward around new people and I could ease my mind knowing what they are thinking. Also, people wouldn't be able to keep secrets from me - Rewind Time: I would love this as long as I was aware of the time change. I have a tendency to make stupid little mistakes that most likely will not affect my life but have the chance to, and then I get paranoid and overthink everything I do. It would be nice to go back and fix something when I mess up so that I am not cursed with the knowledge of my mistakes that I could have easily prevented.
  18. I have two major, realistic fears: 1. Wasps and bees (THE WASP MENACE > THE BEE MENACE. THOSE WASPS MUST BURN) 2. Needles. In my arm. Or anywhere in my skin. Injecting stuff or withdrawing stuff. *passes out (again)*
  19. N64, GBA, PS2, Pokemans #GamerKid4Lyfe But now I primarily use my custom build PC. Oh, how things have changed.
  20. Cheese is okay. It all depends on how it is used I do like mozzarella and cheddar (any kind) a lot.
  21. This made me laugh more than it probably should have. Warning: Language...
  22. For school I typically get up around 5:50. On weekends, I usually sleep in until around 9 or 9:30.
  23. I'm not sure. I haven't had very serious injuries. I guess one was when I broke my arm during gym class in, like, three different spots. I also had my lip split open by a seat belt (I only needed two). Other than that, nothing really serious. I skimmed my foot on a nail that was coming out of the ground randomly in the middle of a doorway IN MY HOUSE. I don't even know how that happened, but luckily I just avoided stepping straight down onto it, and instead it just sliced my foot.
  24. I"m stressed because I have an essay due tomorrow at 8 P.M., I need to read 100 pages and fill out a chart for a book by Friday, and I have a band concert tomorrow night, so I will have very little time to work.
