  1. Both Paris and Japan are hit with some very hard times today. I really do feel bad for everyone involved.

  2. Wait, there was an earthquake in Japan? My condolences to them as well. I suppose Friday the 13th truly is a horrifying day.

  3. Earlier this year I was beginning to get into animation, rewatching shows I used to watch like Gravity Falls or Steven Universe. I knew around this time that I would eventually have to watch MLP, since it's so popular. I had a friend who was into the show at the time (who no longer is a fan), who recommended me a good episode to start off with, which was 'Party of One.' I thought it was pretty good and asked for another, and he gave me 'Lesson Zero'. A few months later I've seen every episode, all the EQG series, and now have another show to call one of my favorites.
  4. This event in Paris is really tragic, my condolences to those harmed and their families. I do hope everyone gets out of there safe.

  5. Wait, I just saw that Alex Hirsch took over Matt Braly's Twitter. The outcome of it is absolutely amazing. Oh Alex, you amazing person.

I've only just now heard of it, and that's a really sad thing. We can only hope that no one else gets harmed.

  6. I've been noticing how popular the infinite worlds theory has gotten lately, and quite frankly I'm happy for that. It could spike some interest in people doing research in it, and if it turns out to be true, then everything ever is real.

Wierd, because I had some wierd Coronation Street Ace Combat coincidences happen to me. I've managed to somehow sort it.

Hopefully I will visit Narnia soon.

I'm not sure where I'd visit first, if we had access to an infinite number of universes. I'd probably single out my destinations to Gravity Falls, Equestria, and Beach City. After all, an infinite number of universes would imply that fictionous worlds, with their own laws of physics, could exist.

  7. If the Infinite Worlds theory got proven true, I could just imagine how crazy the world would go. Everyone would be like "LET ME HEAD TO THIS UNIVERSE!" I'd probably be among them, but let's be honest, wouldn't we all be?

  8. Again, interesting, though until I see solid evidence I will be very skeptical of this.
  9. That Nintendo Direct was interesting. While I may not really have or am interested in all the mentioned games, I still enjoyed it.

  10. Interesting, though I still do have a bit of trouble believing your story, no offense, as there still seems to be the possibility of your mind tricking you into dreaming. I mean if you could somehow record evidence of this occurrence, then I'm sure you can have others on your side for it.
  11. Fair enough, but are you sure you weren't completely exhausted? It's still fairly possible you were having a hallucination from exhaustion, and since you were up until 5 AM that does help support it.
  12. While this is an interesting story, I have to ask if you are sure it isn't a dream? There's been cases where people have had such vivid dreams that they're sure those dreams were real, and since in your post you described a setting that's very familiar to you (something you could have seen right before falling asleep), it's possible that your mind could have just tricked you into believing it's validity. I also should ask if you were extremely tired before you went to sleep, because the human mind typically plays tricks on people when they're in very sleepy states, and this could be one of them.
  13. Pretty excited for the Nintendo Direct in an hour! Wonder what they'll reveal!

  14. Although I wouldn't be thrilled about a year long hiatus (right as I get into the show...) I'd still probably be able to hold my ground as I wait. But really we should wait until we have any more confirmation, especially since we still have 3 episodes (counting the finale two-parter as a whole one) left.
  15. Just got caught up with SvTFoE. Have to say I liked all of it, except for part of the ending of the season finale. The wand's revival was completely random and out of nowhere, and for such a huge plot point to have no buildup or any back story is pretty bad writing. Oh well, at least there's some sort of mystery to the show now.

  16. So Chuggaa unfortunately finished his Pikmin 3 LP today. Oh well, at least there's still Mission Mode and the Bonus Ep before his next LP.

  17. If you ask me, it depends on the child. Overall, I do think children shouldn't be allowed on the internet as they can be very annoying and obnoxious, but at the same time there are relatively mature and intelligent ones. Not to mention how others on this thread mentioned how it can be educational for them, too. Really, it's just that the parents should be monitoring them. It's their job to watch over the children, not to have strangers over the web do it.
  18. Thanks for the advice! I'll be sure to keep it in mind for the next time I use this style!
  19. So lately I've been wanting to try to create my own art style so that way I don't just have to rely on already existing ones, and this is what I did. Basically this is that 'OC' I've been talking about in my status updates. I do plan on ponifying him just so that way I could try to re-enter the RP world, so there's that. Anyway, let me know what you think, and what I should improve!
  20. So I finally saw Inside Out. Have to say, pretty good film! I see why it's so hyped up!

  21. "Hey everybody, it's Chuggaaconroy!" I seriously love this guy. I mean he's the guy who got me into puns. Not to mention his videos are something I really look forward to everyday. also he's a fan of MLP so thats a plus
  22. There's a thread on the GF subreddit dedicated to horse puns. This is amazing.

  23. I love how my main Skype group is basically just the same 4 people, even though there's like 15 in there.

  24. I can only imagine that Equestria is in fact a planet and their sun is a star, and the Two Sisters (and Twilight in Twilight's Kingdom) moving the sun and moon isn't physically doing it, but is in fact changing how the light reflects upon the land. Some would argue that there's no way the Two Sisters could constantly keep the light reflecting, but I'd imagine that they've already set up an existing magical path for the light to reflect to across the sky, and only raising and lowering them requires manual labor. So basically I think that while the sun and moon are in fact there, I don't believe the planet rotates properly to where they could naturally do it, so Celestia and Luna have to basically control how the light reflects upon Equestria, and not the actual physical bodies. They most likely have an automated path to have the light reflect across the sky throughout the day and night, but must manually raise and lower them when the time comes. However, no one's even considering the fact that Equestria is definitely not in our own universe, and as such it would probably have its own laws of physics. So really, if we were to explain this, the only way to know for sure would to be to ask an Equestrian astronomer.
  25. I love this! Even more reason I'm excited to see what the finale holds!
