Depression is a very specific beast. Sometimes I wake up and I simply don't know what to do. It has mainly been additionally fueled by everything that's happened lately. It feels like the most horrid people in the world are given everything no matter what they do, and being a good person no longer matters. That's the message that I've been getting lately overall.

I am trying my best to focus on the simple joys, on my passions and all that, but sometimes it is just so difficult to do. Been sorta trapped indoors for a little while as well which doesn't help, thanks to the extreme cold. I love the cold, but even I have my limits in regards to it. 

I don't want anyone to worry for my sake. Being someone that has crippling anxiety, the last thing I want to do is cause anxiety to others. Even if my mental state is rather...poor as of late, I still have my friends like you, and you all help so much, simply by being there. That is a bright light in a dark world. 

That's the feeling I got when I entered discussions on Twilight's Soapbox, it's shocking the amount of supporters Trump has, even here. After everything he has done, and they still trust him to run their country? it truly is awful, and that's one of the key reasons why I lost faith in democracy. Politicians can commit all sorts of crimes and get away with it, just because people like them. That's dangerous, the UK isn't any better either, where I live Labour have being going after people for thought crimes. I'm no longer voting, instead I'm just waiting for my own life to end, passively, if suicide does not come first. I've lost confidence in people's ability to self rule because bigotry and criminal behavior of politicians gets tolerated far too much, and I don't see it getting better.
