    had a pretty good day so far though, had an early lunch, did my exercise, brought the dry clothes in and took Lulu out on her lead for some outside time. I'm also starting on meal replacements for breakfast and lunch starting on Tuesday and I've already cut out soda and alcohol from my diet.

      Neat! Be sure to get plenty of protein and whatever else your body needs. Also, try to cut down on carbs. Things like pastas, breads, etc. Whenever you can find the option, try to go for low carb.
