      Sin Kai, I had the same question a few weeks ago. As long as you are a Blank Flank, you cannot post pictures. After you post 5 things on the forums or comment on 5 forum post (you can mix it up as well: 2 posts & 3 comments) then you become a Muffin. When you are a Muffin you can add pictures/attachments, create a signature, participate in roleplays, access the Live Advice section and use/create a blog. Hope this helped.
