When all of them ended up going to boutique, I figured it that they are not busy anymore. they just went there because the plot demands it.. There is also another thing I really thought that Fluttershy was better of at dealing with those ponies by being mean machine then if she just had been her old self. And here is another point Fluttershy had done really good work of making sure that clothes would sell, I guess, considering that she probably wasn't trained for the job. -
