      Yeah, a lot of characters don't seem to get that many fan animations... But the good thing is that in this fandom, there are a lot of fan drawings for pretty much every character, at least! :yay:

    Watched another episode of Death Note. Anime is one of those things that's never caught my interest, but I'm starting to like this one.

      I've only watched a couple of "anime style" shows such as SonicX and Pokemon. lol

      I don't know why I didn't give anime a chance, tho. Another thing that's out of character for me. :ooh:

      Death Note is actually a gateway for many ppl to get into anime
      as i often say to people, anime isn't a genre, it's a media, and has many different things in it, you just have to find the right one for you

      @Tacodidra, I actually played a CD (Aerosmith) in my car for the first time in probably several years. lol.

      Normally I just play music from my phone.

    Photographed a cool looking Argiope spider earlier. 

    Unfortunately, the shutter died on my Near IR camera after the UV shot, so there goes a chunk of my paycheck for the repair. :dry:

      P.S. My cousin is a professional dancer who also has photography as one of his jobs and I've used both of his 4k DSLRs

      @Tacodidra, thanks! Yeah, it happens with electronics sometimes. I'll get it boxed up and sent to the repair facility next week. 

      @Tylad, thank you! 16 megapixel. My DSLR was modified for Near Infrared and Ultraviolet photography.

      4K? Wow!  :o

      Here's the UV shot before the shutter failed. My usual UV source (the Sun) was blocked by clouds, so I used a 365nm UV-A flashlight to illuminate the spider. She didn't seem to mind. :P

    Well, crap. Some thin clouds moved in while imaging the Moon. I did manage to get one decent crater image, so it's better than nothing. I really need that radio telescope!

      @Tacodidra, thanks! It's definitely not my best one. The atmosphere was a bit unsteady, which forced me to image in the Near IR spectrum. NIR isn't affected as much by turbulence, but you know the saying: "There's no such thing as a free lunch". 

      There's a resolution penalty with longer wavelengths of light.

    Waiting on my telescope to cool down. I can't do long exposure astrophotography with the Moon out, so I'll look at some craters instead.
