My friend Ronnie Shalvis made this video of doing Parkour in the forest, and it worked out pretty well! (Assassin's creed 3 meets Parkour in real life)

Vector is an awesome game! Actually, at the 3:14 mark in my video, the front flip I did was inspired off of the "jump tumble" trick. I've tried the "screw driver" (a double kong with a 360 spin in the middle) but I always end up hitting my head on the thing I'm vaulting over. Someday I'll get it, though.

Well we have a huge parkour community in Utah, and there are classes EVERYWHERE here nowadays. Maybe you could search "parkour" and then your state and find something. If you can't find classes, you can always watch tutorials on YouTube. Also, recording yourself and watching your technique is VERY helpful when you're having trouble learning a trick.

I've searched all over the Forums for a thread like this, but I couldn't find one. (Mods please tell me if there is one already like this) I'm starting this thread for people who do Parkour/Freerunning, people who are interested in it, or people who have no idea what it is and want to learn about it. This thread is for Parkour and Freerunning discussion, stories, and videos (post your Parkour/Freerunning videos here). For people who do not know what Parkour and/or Freerunning is... Parkour: Parkour is basically getting from check point A to check point B as fast as possible without any transportation except for your body. This includes vaults, climbing, running, and jumping over obstacles in your environment. Freerunning: Freerunning is pretty much a "show-off" extension to Parkour, while adding unnecessary flips and tricks to make it look cooler. (ex: "jumping off a roof and rolling=Parkour" and "doing a backflip off a roof=Freerunning") I'm only 15, but I've learned a lot of Parkour/Freerunning in the past years. At first I never taught anyone else because it made me feel unique, but now that I've met other people who are even more skilled than me, I've never been happier to help others learn! I have sensitive teeth, and the crushed ice is better for me because I can chew on the ice in smaller amounts. The cubed ice is too big, and it hurts my mouth with its coldness... so ya!

Ok, I redid my OC (at least the mane). If you want to go to the original thread for the first version, go here. I made the mane different, and I changed the 'Spark' to 'Shock' (since Motion is highly possessive over his OC's last name).

Well, after thinking of all the different names listed on here and on diviantART, I have figured out the perfect name. Thank you very much! First critique? It's a very pro critique if you ask me! With the "Amnesia" story (because she doesn't remember anything), I might make it so she gives herself that name (Kindle Spark), to at least get herself an identity. I will probably start the fanfic very soon, depending on how much spare time is available to me. I think I'm set, except for the fact that I haven't played Amnesia... I think I need the experience in order to come up with what I'm going to write, so I better start playing...

Well, being jumpy isn't something that represents her (she's nowhere near as timid as Fluttershy). She's mostly a positive, hopeful type of pony. The other personality traits are just part of her character. I want a beautiful name that means "light", or "star" or "comet". A name that tells me a lantern of hope is going to lead her to safety. I have been hanging over the name "Candle Light" for a while now, but I still am not sure. EDIT: WAIT!!! KINDLE SPARK! Doesn't that sound good?! Wow, it sounds nice and everything! Maybe...

Hi, everypony!! I was thinking about this OC for a while now, so I finally decided to make a vector. I need someone to help me with her name (her cutiemark is a red, orange, yellow and silver comet with stars on it). I want to start a fanfic with her as the main character. I was thinking of making an Amnesia "The Dark Decent" pony crossover, otherwise, any other creepy/dramatic story would be cool. ^EDIT^ I just decided her name will be KINDLE SPARK!!! Personality: -Easily startled, and very nervous when she doesn't know what's going on. -Often gets upset and frustrated when things go wrong. -Loves to rough house (acts like she was raised in a family of all boys). -Always finds a solution to any puzzle/problem. -Kinda tom boyish (like RD), but loves to flirt with male ponies. -Has many emotional breakdowns, yet never quits. -Top notch-skilled smart alec. -Very kind and supportive for others (who don't get on her nerves too much). -Always hopeful. -Adventurous Tell me what you think! That's great! I love the idea of Rainbow Dash in space, because you could totally imagine her in that suit flying over the earth! The only critiquing I have, is that the bull on her helmet kinda looks like RD is sticking out her tongue. Other then that, it's amazing!

Actually, I'm pretty sure that their cutiemarks would be different. In FiM season 1 episode 18 (The Show Stoppers), it foreshadows that Applebloom will get her cutiemark in house designing/building, Sweetie Belle will get her's is singing, and Scootaloo will get her's in scooter racing or something. They already have the talents, but they just need to realize it in order to get their cutiemarks. Btw, nice drawing!
