The name of the show is translated as Friendship is magicAL in my language. But afaik, magic can also work as an adverb. So maybe they are refering to friendship being something magical, but not magic itself. But I gotta admit I also came across that idea. Afterall, everypony except from Twilight can't perform magic (If we don't see Twitcha-twitch sense and sonic rainbow as magical act), yet they sure are friendly.

A cross between pinkie pie and fluttershy, I'd like to believe. Hyper and somewut crazy like pinkie, caring like fluttershy (I hope). Although the personality test points merely to RD and Pinkie, with 0 points towards fluttershy.

I started seeing ponies everywhere, but didn't pay much attention. Then I realized that my friend (she is a total badass) has rainbow dash as avatar. So I thought it's something like htf (because such show would fit to her)-and she replied that it's really adorable. So I watched the pilot, and I really liked it actually treats audience as people who have brain, which is kind of rare, especially with current kids shows. But all that friendship talk seemed kind of affected to me, as well as pinkie giggling at the end of "Giggle at the ghostly", but since it was OK overall, I decided to give it another shot. And I was hooked the next day.

Mostly, they accept it here. But still, I couldn't turn my teacher into a brony for some reason :/

The whole fuss about being a brony is because people like to stand up for what they believe, the more if it's something they could get ridiculed for. It's an act that brings you this "I-stood-up-for-my-beliefs-against-all-odds" feeling. This is the reason why homosexuals like to do fests and parades and stuff. It's the pride. Off course, being gay is something much more serious then watching mlp, without a doubt, tho.

I went to have my new awsum pony t-shirts (tshirt-printing) made and there was this guy in charge of making sure everything is OK. For the whole time (while I was searching on google for a reasonable sized pony, because the one I originally wanted was too low-res) he somewhat managed to keep pokerface. Then he even told me that there is this special offer 2+1 free, but that it only applies if you choose to have 3 tshirts with the same picture of them. So I replied that I'm sorry, but that it would make pinkie pie sad. (Because I had 2 pony pictures, one with pinkie and one with Deus ex style pony and this way I would have to choose between them) He gave me a horrified look, and his expression was so funny that I couldn't resist to say: You don't want to make pinkie sad, do you? He replied: Well, Uhm, I guess we could print this one twice and the other one once... WIN! (But I bet he is still in shock, at least he looked that way )
