How do you pronounce Octavia's nickname "Tavi"

I say Ta-vee, where Ta is the same sound as when saying the word "tab."

I've always pronounced it "Tah-vee", like taffy only a V in-place of the F. . It just sounds better to me.

if you want to pronounce it like its original latin name, the romans never pronounced long A's so oc-Tah and they pronounced their v like w's so oc-TAH- wee-ah.

Octavia's name is said in a lot of different ways, I usually just call her Tavi Tah-Vi.
