All right guys, what Pokemon do you think gets way to much praise, and is undeserving of that praise.

 

Mine would have to be Lucario. I never hated Lucario but I never thought it was like "ZOMG, BEST POKEMON EVER!" 

 

Also of coarse, I find Charizard a little overrated, considering that as a fire type, it is only decent at best, not to mention, I prefer Magmar for a fire type.

 

Also, Typhlosion for the same reasons as Charizard. Heck, in the Johto games, I use Magmar as a fire type (cause you guys can guess my usual starter in that)

Definitely Pikachu, I know it's the mascot and cute and all, but other than that, its an extremely weak Pokemon. Just had to get that one outta the way quickly.

 

Also IMO Zekrom gets too much praise over Reshiram. Zekrom seems like it's trying too hard to be as cool as it isn't, while Reshiram is more graceful and elegant. But of course it's a matter of opinion, to each their own.

Charizard is really the most overrated pokemon in the series. Only now is he considered somewhat useful,  and only because eh can mega evolve. Before that he's always been an NU loser.

Here's what I think: EVERY LEGENDARY IS OVERRATED!

 

Think about it, even more than Charizard we think of Legendaries as the 'most-awesomest-spectacular-funabulous-things-in-the-universe' just because you can only find one of each in the game(s). I know some of them have higher stats and cool abilities, and some even have awesome designs. But we give them too much credit, whether their Legendaries or not. 

 

All in all, I say Eeevee is best Pokemon overall. I AM a Eevee trainer, after all.

As someone who loves all Pokémon, it's hard for me to call one "overrated" (I'm sick to death of that word), but I have to say Charizard. Alot of popular Pokémon are popular because they're good; not Charizard. It's stats are above average, but it's typing kills it. I do like it; just not as much as many other people do. But, hey; to each their own.

I happened to like fire types as they are my ultimate favorite. They may not be the strongest sometimes especially when it comes to water types and rock types, but I like them. See there was once a time when I though the steel type and the psychic type was the strongest type. But then I found out the fire type, my favorite type, could take out steel types and that dark types, my fourth favorite type could take out psychic types. So yeah, I like them. I like water types too, just not as much.

Stats matter not, the only legendaries I really like are Moltres and Suicune because they're both ABSOLUTELY FREAKING BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED.

Swampert best pokemon if you train him right. To many ppl diss on him. He can learn fighting to take out ice, steel, and dark. Ice to take out flying, grass, and dragon. Ground to help get rock, ice, steel, poison and fire out of the way. And his water to take out fire, ground, rock, and other types that can be normally affected by it.
