Wow, that's really good. I personally don't like most of the tracks on Epiclouder, but I'm impressed. And Deconstruction is my favorite album by Devin so far.

 

And onto the thread, what is your opinion of The Misfits? I know they aren't metal, but literally everyone I talk to who likes metal also likes The Misfits.

 

And for some filler so I don't get raped yelled at, have some Slayer. 'Cause you can't go wrong with Slayer.

Yes, considering that the C:enter:### ep is only available on Vinyl (and is sold out no less, since it was limited to 500 copies) and on select special editions of The New Black (european version I think), so it's rare as fuck, as far as SYL stuff goes.

-Isn't Love Tonight and Happy Birthday the most happiest thing you ever heard?!

-Isn't Believe and Little Pig the prettiest thing you ever heard!?

-Isn't Woah No! and Socialization the heaviest thing ever on that album?!

-Isn't The Mind Wasp and Heatwave the strangest yet coolest thing ever on that album!?

 

I love Heatwave. I hope I expect those country type songs on Casualties of Cool.

 

And if you do get that puppet, go around to others and ask for their finest bean. It'll be delicious.

I'd say I'm moderately versed in the hardcore punks, and I really don't see what's good about The Misfists.

Not bad. Easily reminiscent of their earlier work (DEVOLUTION and Day of Reckoning) due to production, but the song isn't bad either. Better than that new Jeff Loomis track...

Sorry, I just REALLY like the Epiclouder demos. There was even a point where I wasn't really enjoying the first disc, yet I'd always be jamming to the demos. But yeah, I could see the Primus connection in Mind WASP, right?

So, I found this album by Amon Amarth buried beneath my dad's millions upon millions of 80's rock tracks. Just finished listening through it, here's my favorites from it. Several of my friends have recommended this band, I just never checked 'em out. They seem pretty solid.
