hello there everypony umm i was just wondering if maybe there is a edit program ware i dont have to buy 30 or 40 bucks just to do a you tuber reaction and i have searched some but i was wondering what would be the best one ? i have win 8.1 dell intel core i3 3.40ghz and logitec HD web cam and yess u would might be able to see my ugly face lol.
