Who else prefers the night?

I was just curious because I think a lot of things are better when it's night. Rain is better. Thunder and lightning are better. The sky is better. Cities look awesome at night as does the countryside and other areas. I find it more peaceful and relaxing. Plus people seem to have a lot more fun at night. So yeah, just wondering if anybody else agrees.

Yes, I find I'm both at my peak productivity level as well as my peak emotional/mental level in the wee hours of the morning. Plus I just enjoy the serene beauty of a calm, dark scape.

Yes, I'm definitely more 'active' at night. Mostly because everyone else is asleep and I have more time to myself without any distractions and such.

I am at it all hours of the day. It depends on what I want to do, though. Sometimes I like night fishing, other times I want to go to the beach. I'm usually more active on the internet at night because I spend all day with my friends (most of the time anyways)

I loves the peace and darkness of night. Our lady Princess Luna does a great job with the stars and deserves to have her work admired. Also the he darkness of night is nothing to fear. It just hides secrets to nocturnal life. A life I choose to enjoy more.

I do have many times I prefer the night, but mostly because I do all my social stuff during the day, and most of the time my night time is alone in my room on the computer or something.

 

I do sometimes talk to friends on skype still, but regardless.

I prefer the night for the peacefulness, and because it's cooler. Night is great for relaxing and just enjoying the outdoors. For productivity though, I want day. Can't do as much at night because of the lack of light. Sure, I have worked on my Jeeps at night before, in a barn with the doors open and such so I had lights but could still smell/listen/enjoy the night, but it sucks having to be restricted to indoors to do stuff like that. I also have a horrible time driving at night because I get really bad starring of lights, so it makes it hard to see.

Alright, even though I'm definitely a morning person myself, I must admit that rainy nights are especially calming, particularly when I'm trying to sleep. I'm not quite sure why but the pitter patter of the rain is just so... tranquil.

 

I can't say that I enjoy thunder and lightning on the other hand..

Morning person here. Night is wonderful in the visual sense, but when it rolls around I'm always too tired to take advantage of it. Put that down to me being an early riser.

 

I wasn't always like this though. Back home in Puerto Rico the night was a lot more appealing. I lived in a fairly secluded area, surrounded by nature, so the stars were always visible and the mood was always punctuated by the singing of the local tree frogs. I miss those little pleasures.

I think night is pretty cool. I did airsoft once at night, was intense. I use to play a lot of man hunt, too. I remember like a year ago me and my friends would all sit in the middle of a road in our neighborhood and talk for hours. A lot of good memories.
