MLP OC villain ideas

If you could come up with an MLP OC villain of your own, what would it be like? It could be for anything, like a fic, comic, animation, or even a movie idea.

 

Mine would be a griffon villain. His backstory would be him originally being a member of the Griffonia high council. He would then be corrupted by dark magic, make his own kingdom, and convert other griffons with his power to be a part of his people, and also turn against Griffonia's high rulers. After that, he would form a coup d'etat and try to take over Griffonia as his own. When Griffonia's forces were unable to stop him, they ask for Celestia's aid in stopping the dark griffon and his forces. Ultimately, Celestia defeats him and his brethren.

 

Now recently, the dark griffon returns, but not as his normal physical self, but more as a black ghostly figure. He not only wants to find a spell that can bring him back to his normal self, but take revenge on Celestia and all of Equestria for the defeat she put him through.

One idea that I've been toying with is a dragon named Symphonex that was sealed away long ago in a sheet of music. If the tune is ever played the dragon is released. Token baddy knows the song, but can't play it. Octavia can though and boom, giant white dragon is released. First order of business is to eat token baddy for thinking he can control her, then shes off to gather up a dragon army so she can plunder ponyvilles jewels, and steals spike as he's the only dragon around. She looks and sounds suspiciously like rarity, so Spike has mixed feelings in dealing with her. She takes up residence in the palace to make sure the mane six can't get the elements. Mane six fight her, bu but spike is the one that manages to seal her away again once he has gotten over his moral crisis.

That's be very plausible, except for the part about shoe-horning Octavia in there.
