Although, I'm not a big fan of reading fanfics about Sunset Shimmer or anypony else because

 

if I were to write a story about Sunset Shimmer for example,

 

I'd want it to be my own ideas and not something that I subconsciously borrowed from another fan.

I look at what other people have written for inspiration but ultimately I write down my own ideas. My stories aren't for everyone and I don't consider myself to be the best at my craft. I just do what I can because it's what I love doing even if it isn't A+ quality. By the way, that's my current background image on my laptop--that precise moment after Pinkie's marshmallows exploded.

you don't have to be the best to post your stories. so long as you love writing them, which you do. Posting them can allow others to give critique and tips, so that you can take from them and improve.

I was just listening to the "More That's Out There" deleted scene & is Rebecca Shoichet amazing or what?

 

I know they obviously recorded the track in two parts and combined them together but,

 

she was basically singing to herself as she is the singing voice for both Sunset Shimmer & Twilight Sparkle.
