What is your reason? My dream home is personally in Ireland. That probably won't ever happen...but I at least want to visit there. I would love to live there simply because it is absolutely beautiful and everyone there seems so carefree and chill. I mean, there's of course probably bad there, for that is everywhere. I also never hear about Ireland on the news or anything. They seem like they never really get involved, where the U.S. I swear everyone wants to kill us. I feel like they just keep to themselves, unless I am wrong. I know someone who vacationed there and she LOVED it and did NOT want to leave. I am also part Irish but yeah. I guess I'd like to be submerged in nature . Besides, then I don't have to worry about neighbor's, and they don't have to worry about me ..... Yes, I have never had good neighbors. (Sad thing is I've actually thought about it a number of times) It would have to be something either out in the country, or something by the beach. It doesn't have to be "middle of nowhere" per se, but something away from the cities, away from all the hustle and chaos, and just somewhere quiet and spacious, or by the ocean somewhere (as bad of an idea that is, as well as it probably won't happen). The house itself, either would have to be modern, kinda along the lines like this: Or a split level, with some old fashioned charm: But otherwise, as long as it has an open, flowing floor plan, I'm not too picky. It would include an office, a two-car garage with a large workbench in it, a fitness room and a guest bedroom. I want it on a slab, I hate crawl spaces. There's no place where there isnt bad, but yeah, America gets involved with everything, we constantly get someone mad at us, wanting to bomb us, and wanting to start a war and its so overpopulated here and we have like..the highest crime rate (I believe). Our jails are actually getting overcrowded. I honestly would rather live there. I don't mind living in America, but I'm tired of all this "we have the highest rate of everything" crap and always constantly in war. It will have a walkway up to a large door that will open up into a circle room. The room will have a dome roof and a chandelier hanging from the center. The circular room will have doors on its sides leading to all sorts of different rooms. When you just walk in, the door on the right side of the circular room will be a door that will lead into my bed room. It will first put you into my personal study. which will be a rectangular building. My desk will facing the valley. Then if you walk up the stairs, it will lead you to an attic sort of thing. There will be a high triangular roof and it will have a complete glass side to it. My bed will be right there. If you go back to the circular room and head to the far back door, it will lead you to my Computer Room. It will be my man cave. Complete with every game system, mini fridge, recliner, and plasma TV. Heading back to the circular room there will be another door on the very left. It will lead into the kitchen and dinning room area. There is much more to it, but I can not explain it all in one post. Not necessarily in the country, but just as long as there's plenty of trees. The house would have mostly hard wood flooring and be three stories tall, with an incredibly high ceiling. There would be a ton of rooms and bedrooms (for all of my friends) and each room would have a different color theme. But seriously and realistically, I don't need anything massive. I don't need a mansion, although that would nice. But no, just a regular, but nice and fairly large house is fine. Actually, the house I'm in now basically is my dream home, except for the location. The weather here sucks. We want to move to somewhere with warmer and more clement weather. I want more of a snug kind of environment. A small home inside a little, simple town. I love the winter, so it'd have to be somewhere a bit up North. It'd have 2 floors and a basement. The basement having suitable storage space and a place to hang out when people are over at the house. The first floor would have a decent sized kitchen, living room and a dining room. The 2nd floor would have at least 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Maybe leading up to an attic of some sort for storage space. ^^" The living room would need a fireplace. That's required. Enough room for a decent sized couch as well, so at least 3-4 people can sit on it. (And of course for snuggles just in case.) Of course a TV and other necessities for a living room. The basement, I would want to be some sort of artsy/musical/gaming type of place. It'd need a coach, chairs, beanbags and a TV on the wall. I could keep all of my instruments, gaming devices, art supplies and crazy funky collectible toys in there. It'd kinda be like my go to place to be a little kid whenever I want.
