Similar, I was drinking a cup of tea, trying to give me a bit of a boost from not enough sleep last night, I got some, but waking up drained, probably was not much.

It's my own fault anyway, I didn't take my sleeping tablets last night. But tea or coffee, especially when talking to friends or family, does have a way of lifting our spirits. :flutter-smile:
