Not bad! I'll have to agree that the mane is overdone, however. It's too vivid to the point where it feels rather distracting.

 

Again, the art style is cute. I'd also suggest that you experiment with layers since Rarity's cutie mark and mane stick out like a sore thumb. Keep on trying. ;)

Yep! It's better. I would change the airbrush effects but hey, you don't necessarily need to do that. It's just my personal preference, really.
