i could probably eat all broccoli for a week! broccoli can absolutely BANG if you season it properly  

it has to be pan-fried though, i can’t stand it boiled

Beef - since that includes the meat, heart, liver and fat for complete micronutrient (and not-awful macronutrient) content. Plus it's tasty.
