TheMarkz0ne 962 March 5, 2015 Share March 5, 2015 I wanted to add a bit more to the talk about homes. Like not just the house, but the owners. I'm not counting the Castle of Friendship because all of the Mane 6 I'm assuming will spend much more time there than their homes. Old Treehouse Library: Twilight's old home is big enough, or has the illusion of being big since it's a tree and the house parts are not really much of the tree itself. Biggest part if her living room/library center where most events in the house takes place. Twilight is the most organized of the entire Mane 6 obviously. All the furniture, if not some is all tree styled. Sweet Apple Acres: It's really the Apple's home and not the barn and land. AJ's home is the usual country reflection that's shown in stereotypes in other cartoons. Not much to say here, Rarity's Botique:Possibly the richest home in the group. Rarity like Twilight has her own place and doesn't live with family. It's more of a fashion store-fashion showplace, with a bedroom and appliances in there. Rarity prefers organized chaos Things are scattered because she's always working. The Cake's Bakery(Pinkie's apartment): She has to rent because she's poor and a party animal, just kidding. I love the design of the Cake's property so it could be Pinkie's place just as much as it is their's. Rainbow Dash's house? Or apartment?: I can't say much, we haven't seen much of her home. It's gorgeous and big, but is it all hers? Is it a workers home for the weather workers of cloudsdale? WINNER: Fluttershy's: Her home is a quiet little cottage, she has her very own home, so that means Rarity, Fluttershy, and Twilight have their very own place. Her home accomadates the animals and inside I wouldn't mind sleeping there for a weekend. So warm and snuggly inside. Sorry her home is cuteness. Then it would suck to live there. I think a fimfic covered that, but i wouldn't call it the best fic in the world. But Fluttershy has the best house. It very much reflects her nature (somewhat isolated and surrounded by nature yet warm and comforting) though we do rarely see Rainbow Dash's house. I think we've seen it a grand total of two times in the series. (Wonderbolts Academy and Daring Don't if I remember correctly) Logic is the beginning of wisdom, not the end. I've heard from observations that the library was slightly bigger on the inside, so TARDIS confirmed? Anyways, the second best home would be the TARDIE, the Equestrian TARDIS. Oh come on you can't deny the coolness of having a home which is infinitely big and bigger on the inside! ivar 23 March 10, 2015 Share March 10, 2015 (edited) Despite the fact that I'm a fan of a Rarity, I have to admit that the answer is here, home of Fluttershy. This house is just so cozy and has a certain atmosphere of simplicity. Plus it's probably just a house. Carousel is a boutique, Applejack Farm is a farm well. House of Twilight is a library. Pinkie Pie is living in a bakery. Only Rainbow Dash lives in a private house. But I personally do not find it comfortable. RivkaBobble 111 March 10, 2015 Share March 10, 2015 Here's my list of 6-1 (1 being the best) of my favorite houses: 6. Pinkie Pie' s: We don't see it often and it just doesn't seem all that exciting. It's just a room over top a bakery. Must get a lot of candy living there though 5. Rainbow Dash' s: The main reason I don't like this one is because we literaly almost never see it. Even the outside we only saw once or twice. The biggest showcase of Rainbow' s house was at the end of Daring Don't for a minute or less. And that was just the entrance! But it does look very big and roomy. 4. Rarity' s: While this house is nice and we see a lot of rooms in it, it's weird how we see a thin building on the outside, and some thing so roomy on the inside! Also, in some episodes Rarity finds the space to fit an entire stage in there, while it seems the room she does it in is way too small for that. 3. Applejack' s: Living on a farm seems nice. We see it often and we've seen 3-4 rooms. What's not to like? I don't like how buildings seem to swap from house to barn. See my point? Sometimes, the main building is mentioned as a barn. Others, a house. This is just what I see. 2. Twilight' s: Twilight' s house is nice. It's nicely sized and looks cozy. What I don't like is this shows Twilight only reads. Main room? Books. Extra rooms? Books. Bedroom? A bed and some books. I get that Twilight is a bookworm, but that's a lot of books. 1. Fluttershy' s: Fluttershy has a very nice house. ghostfacekiller39 23,879 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I think Rarity's house looks pretty, to be honest It has a very unique design reminiscent of a carousel and is nice and roomy on the inside, and being someone who's lived in the country his whole life roominess is very important Fluttershy's cottage seems to be a popular choice here, but I don't know if that'd be a good fit for me.
