Worst My Little Pony toy ever?

Those newborn dolls are pretty creepy.  My daughter had the Spike one, which I think is the least scary of the bunch...

For a legit toy review, the Rainbow Kingdom playset is the worst.  Seriously, if you look at it the wrong way, parts of it will fall off.  Do not buy this for anyone, unless you hate them.

Creepiest looking one we own, I would say the Funko Fluttershy cupcake.  Just weird, but she wanted it b/c it's still Fluttershy, just w/ a cupcake head.  In a covered cake plate.  Makes sense.  :o

I'll try to post a pic...

I've seen those in pictures only so far, but especially the Cadance figure just keeps being the worst thing I've seen in a while. What were they thinking with that head? To put it bluntly, to me she looks like she's recovering from 57 bee stings to the head.

I for one like the rebooted figures better than the previous ones :) They are far more show accurate (and pose-wise, they add long overdue diversity to the G4 toyline).

And I actually like the new Cadence toy! :D They really captured her unique body type (look at the hind legs!) Even the huge head is not so bad per se. What really messes up her body proportions is the thin tail. I think that the figure would look quite cute if the big chibi-ish head was balanced with a massive, puffy tail. Adding volume to the tail would make her rear look a bit heavier and more suitable for the balloon head. (PLUS, more hair = more fun with brushing and styling, amirite??)

That's Hasbro's cutie mark - their talent is to make disasters out of cute ponies.  :icwudt:

It actually makes me sad, when I see how corrupted and/or inaccurate some toys are.

Even fanbase can make much better thingies.

The true shame with that Cadence is that whenever there's a Luna toy, they typically just make her in a Cadence mold. So if we see a reboot Luna, there's a good chance that she'll have that wonderful balloon head, yay!!

The least they could have done was imply some kind of eye socket or something...

So would that be a hammer and broken in half pony? Or a hand dangling a pony over a vat of acid? Edited by Leave a Whisper

I would have to say the Equestria Girl dolls I know Hasbro wanted to make it anime like, but why Hasbro why release nightmare fuel dolls every time my cousin and I go to savers we always see the Equestria Girl dolls with no feet its just balls at the end of their legs no feet.

I'm responding to your remark about Hasbro's special talent is ruining their own toys.

Ooh now I get what you meant. I'm so sorry for that derp.  :derp: For some reason I was thinking about something else... I'm just tired.  :P

So getting back to what you've said ~

Yeah, hammer and broken in half pony would be pretty accurate. Or it could be a deformed pony with nuke symbol in background.... or just one of those scary Equestria Girls dolls.

Instead of cupcake ponies, ponies with receeding manelines, & alien looking foals, all we MLP fans want are show accurate plushies & action figures!!!!! Is that TOO hard to ask for Hasbro???????????

And good quality. Cheapbro needs to quit being Scrooges. Oh and make them bigger so they can have detailed symbols and non sticker eyes again.

Oh and to this day I'm wondering on one thing ~ many MLP toys (plushies/figurines) have their cutie marks only on one side-  the other one is blank. Are they too lazy to make them have cutie marks on both sides? Or is it... too expensive!  :-o

I know they're designed to be placed in a certain angle as a decoration, but still, that's kinda silly.  :-P

Hasbro is too lazy. This trend started in G3. I've even seen fakies with symbols on both sides. Though my personal favorite had the symbol on one side and Made in China printed on the other. XD

Its a shame that Hasbro has really gone down with creativity when it comes to the figures and stuff, back with generation 1 there was so many different kinds of my little ponies to choose from including foreign ponies and they had different poses which were named and the cutie mark was on both sides, but with generation 4 its all of the same pose there's no creativity and half the time the eyeballs are not fully painted on so you can see where they missed lol, but I must say the generation 1 plushies did look like some of them had broken jaws and just looked a little off, but were still cute and the generation 4 plushies are cute as well and generation 3 they started placing the cutie mark on one side, but they still had different poses and they were pretty, but generation 4 figures I feel like Hasbro gave up especially when you see the nightmare that is Equestria Girl dolls lol they will be the new chucky.

I agree I always thought they were just broken or that the feet disconnected in some way, but I don't like them anyways people probably only buy them for the ponies that come with them.

I know it's counterfeit, but everything legit that I would have picked is posted already. I could just see a parent thinking "That's cute" and buying it for their daughter none the wiser to what's really going on with Pinkie.

How about a pony with a 4th grade education and a swastika for a cutie mark? They could call it average american voter pony.

Correct. More hair is good.

I've always been creeped out by the old G1 Secret Surprise ponies

*shudders*

Just...no. Even when I was little and I saw these while I was researching ponies to identify mine, I thought they were creepy. I don't want to stick a key into my pony's chest and then pull her back off ;A;
