It might just be me, but I liked it better when we had a synopsis for all the episodes, like we did last season.

The synopses didn't all come out at once though. We got them about a month before the episode aired. We still are getting the synopses about that far ahead, its just the titles that all came out early.

Well, according to a poster won by a fan, they are silhouetted and the staff confirmed it means they will be getting their marks this season. The question is when in this season. Most likely the final episode when Starlight Glimmer stops the Mane Six from meeting and getting their cutie marks. They might only be temporary but Hasbro did reveal the marks of Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo (they look exactly like their G3 ones) and Apple Bloom might be getting hers though we don't know what it is. Of its temporary, this means we might have to wait another season before they get them for real or probably not according to Claire Corlett who doesn't want the CMC get their marks. Yeah she did say that at BronyCon 2014!

I'm thinking it's more likely one of the episodes before the finale, like how the Equestria Games was done prior to the season 4 finale. The whole Starlight thing doesn't really involve the CMC, and if it was just alternate timeline versions of the CMC I don't think they would bother adding them to the poster over their main timeline selves, just like they didn't add other versions or costumes of the characters like Rainbow Dash as Zap or Fluttershy as Flutterbat.

I thought season 4 was Rarity's Season. I expected season 5 was going to be Fluttershy's. I guess not considering she barely had anything yet. Then again, so did Rarity. 

 

But if season 5 is Rarity's season, I'm not complaining. I like Rarity more than Fluttershy. (Don't take that wrong, Fluttershy fans. I like Rarity more than anypony.)

srsly. why do ponies get seasons? how is it a pony's season? is this a fanon thing or a canon thing? which other ponies have had seasons? shouldn't twi have 2 seasons if you think about it. 1 and 5?

It's a fanon thing because it's not official, but it's things some of us notice. I personally notice elements of harmony, especially seasons 1 (Magic) and 4 (Generosity) but it's just some fun.
