One word: wrong -- and I will expound/rant. It's not only disrespectful to Christians but it is also blasphemous in every biblical sense of the word. Even if he doesn't care that he is blaspheming God, at least have enough respect for the people that revere it and hold it dear to their hearts; it's a basic and common courtesy, after all. Honestly, Christians have a right to peeved by this -- he is, for all intents and purposes, giving God the finger. Interestingly, He wouldn't deign to do the same to any other holy book of another religion. Why is he targeting Christians? Oh yes, because Kanye specifically hates christianity. So while it is no surprise that he did this -- given his track record -- it is absolutely repulsive. To sum it all up: it's wrong, wrong, wrong.

 

P.s. (I am not a Christian for many reasons but I believe the bible to be the word of God and I am a follower of it from cover to cover.)
