Banned because the Monado isn't a sword that anyone can simply use. If he tries to use it, who knows what would happen to him. 

It might render his sword arm useless, like it did with Dunban.

Bannedn because I think I can try going back to my true age, but I never tried willfully using changeling magic. I was born 100% pony, so it might not work.
