Aqua's voice faded along with the song. She blushed more. She couldn't believe that she had actually been singing in front of someone.

Dax: I just don't get it.  Here's the thing; it always seems like my creator just sorta... has it out for me, y'know?  I mean, the guy's okay - don't get me wrong - but still, I sometimes... *sigh* I sometimes get the feeling he sorta has it out for me.  Not in a "you're-gonna-die" kinda way; more in a "flaws-and-suffering-make-great-characters" kinda way.  Is... is this right?  I mean, DOES suffering and flaws make for great roleplay?  Or is it a form of... uhm... "vicarious-self-torture"?  What do YOU think?
