What's the longest time you've been awake?

Maybe about 36 hours? Just had a bout of random insomnia one time. Woke up in the morning and just didn't sleep that night. I lay in bed with my eyes open staring at the wall for a few hours before deciding to get up and go for a walk at 4am or whenever it was. Just carried on in the morning and went to sleep the next night instead.

I am an experienced cook, musician and care worker though, so that's something.

Around 60 hours. I stayed awake in the day, went on a 23-hour flight to Singapore with an eight-hour break in Japan, arrived in Singapore at 2 AM their time but 2 PM my time, and finally got to sleep after a bit.

This is your average, everyday annoying signature.

Are you seriously reading this?

Really?

Wow. I didn't think you'd actually waste enough time to get to the fourth line.

Or the fifth, for that matter. What, am I interesting or something?

A day and 1/2? Maybe a bit more. Gee that sleepover was wild.

(not really, only one person out of 5 stayed awake with me and after that I was awake for 1 hour in bed with no one to talk to XD fun. But hey we were up at 2am filming a Snickers advert featuring Sherlock characters)

3 days because I had sleep paralysis, and refused to sleep.  :(

I used to have sleep paralysis often, now it is just rarely. I heard it lasts for around two minutes, but it might looks longer when you are scared... Anyways, at least with me I found out that if I concentrate and keep trying to move my body then I wake up normally, or I can also just stop trying to move and relax that I fall back to regular sleep.

63 hours exactly.

I thought a good night's sleep would re-energize me after that experience. Oh gods how wrong I was.

i was awake for over three days once when my nephew and mom were really sick. I had no problem with it because i normal stay up for days on end, even now that i'm a full time student. I would have stayed awake for longer but I ran out of things to do to keep me busy at night.
