He should probably call her by her title in public, to keep up appearances and all that, but in private, I see no reason not to use the old nickname. Princess or not, she's still the same pony she was before, and she's still his little sister. Same thing with her friends, or anypony else she's close to. Maybe act more "Professional" in public, but in private, there's really no good reason to not just act casual, like they usually would. Heck, even in public it doesn't seem to be that big a deal in Equestria. Twilight is best pony. Why hello MLPForums! What have ya been up to? Outside of keeping up any kind of public appearance, I see no reason why Shining wouldn't still call her "Twiley", especially if he it's in that sibling/close friend kind of mocking way. She routinely called me Joey during the function. (note that she is one of the only people in the world I allow to do that).
