So ahem it seems Diamond Tiara was the final boss for the CMC and now that they got their cutie marks I suppose they will continue to have their own episodes helping others find the purpose of their cutie marks but I don't think it will be the same again. 

 

As for Diamond Tiara she changed way too quick... but eh I guess her role is done now she's going to be another pointless background pony now.

I don't think so. I think Diamond was a long time coming. And I think that her song was her breakthrough, she tried to push the CMC away still but she was hurting and she didn't know any other way.

Yup the circle man. the cmc teaching other about freindship like the mane 6 and such. Somehow i see them taking center stage instead of the mane 6 but unlikely but who knows.

I am so glad they finally got em cuz it was getting to be a pretty stale storyline. I thought there was too much singing but at the end I guess it was worth it. I'm not sure how I feel about the cutie marks tho. Now are the cmc gonna get their own cm map and be summoned to help around equestrian? I don't like it for the mane 6 and it will really grate on my nerves if we get double summoning.

I don't think you have to worry there. The CMC's talents are helping others find their cutie marks which is not unlike guidance councelors.

Not everyone goes off on adventures after getting their cutie marks after all. Hell, The mane six (besides twilight) basically lucked into their current roles since they had nothing in their cutie mark talents that would imply anything about the EOH.
